1 John 3:23-24~

23~ And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

24~And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

This man is the man that is governed by the Word of The Kingdom of God according to The

Ga 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

The King of The Kingdom said this:

Mt 13:15 For this peoples heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

Mt 13:16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

Mt 13:17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Jesus The king of The kingdom said anytime you choose to hear, to see and understand with your heart, this man would be blessed of Him to Hear and to See and understand the Word of God.

For The blessing is The Gospel.

He that hears will be blessed!!!

Me: is not Jesus the Christ, the Lord thy God enough for you to love with all your heart, mind, & soul and to believe on His name nd love the brethren(1Jon. 3:23-24) to fulfill the Law of Christ (Gal. 6:2), brother?

Pj, I love you, bro, but please so not take this in any other way but through love when I say that you need to be less contentious with the brethren and more accepting of them, because anything less is pharisitical & unChrist like.

The agreement is with the individual being in agreement with scripture.

It is not established because one say anything, even thought that is where it starts.

One that walks in love will not be in disagreement with the Word of God.

For example to say you interpret the word of God is to say you are carnal and at enmity with God, thus void of loving God and be a worshiper in spirit and truth.

No, it is said one is in agreement, which is not wrong, one contends where scripture is accurate when it fits their cause but then it is not true when it does not fit their cause.

Their is no love portrayed when strife is the forerunner.

Hey Everyone!

I thought that since Christ was the New Covenant and He has Come to "FullFill" the Law...then we (Christians) start Anew with Christ! Jesus' Teachings...His Commandments (that He told The Apsotles to Teach)...are what we are to Obey.

Part of what Jesus Taught were The Ten Commandments...but things like..."an Eye for an Eye" were no longer demanded by Christ and should be cast aside.

Also when Jesus told Peter that what Peter "...binds on earth shall be bound in Heaven..." and what Peter "...lossens on earth shall be lossen in Heaven." certainly sounds like what ever Peter (as Vicar of Christ's) deems a Law...those of Christ's Church are Bound by this Law.

We have gotten so far from what once was understood as "God's Law" and "Truth" that we have ended up relying on our own Intellect to decide which "Laws" to obey.
