Posted : 15 Sep, 2012 11:31 PM 10 I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to agree together, to end your divisions, and to be united by the same mind and purpose. 11 For members of Chloe�s household have made it clear to me, my brothers and sisters, that there are quarrels among you. 12 Now I mean this, that each of you is saying, �I am with Paul,� or �I am with Apollos,� or �I am with Cephas,� or �I am with Christ.� 13 Is Christ divided? Paul wasn�t crucified for you, was he? Or were you in fact baptized in the name of Paul? 1 Cor. 1:10-13 You are a "Calvinist". " You follow Calvin" blah blah blah......... Is Christ divided? NO Was Calvin crucified for any of us? NO Over and over, I see folks labeling others as "Calvinists" in order to disparage and deride them. Just in the last few days, I have seen two self professing "prophets" who have done this very thing. Where do they find the Biblical support for this behavior? How can they claim to be speaking on behalf of the Holy Spirit and yet ignore the plain teaching of the Holy Spirit?? Why is it that these folks who claim to have understanding of the Word choose to ignore Paul's clear admonition in this passage? Are they yet of so little understanding? Beware of those who claim to be watching over "the little flock" while at the same time willfully trying to create divisions among the sheep. Post Reply

Posted : 18 Sep, 2012 08:44 AM And if I may ask...Which "one" of the two is it you believe to be correct ???...This is your post after all...so I am most courious...I personaly hold to niether ones doctrine for they are both the interpretations of men...Eph 4:14, Matt 7:7, 15:9...besides...man/women are falablel...Only GOD's HolySpirit Anointing can bring to Light the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven...John 14:26...xo Post Reply

I am happy to stand in agreement with anyone who stands true to the Word on any particular subject. Sister, no man will ever get everything right this side of heaven. (you know this already) Therefore, we should not put our faith into any man. Nor, should we claim the label of any man other than the man Christ Jesus.
