1In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 2And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

17From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

14Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

12And they went out, and preached that men should repent. 13And they cast out many devils, and anointed with oil many that were sick, and healed them.

Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 3I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

3Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

19Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

22Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee. 23For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.

30And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 31Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

20But showed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

5Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. 6But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate. 7He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

16Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. 17He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

21And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

3Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

19As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, "Truth"Carrier, why don't you and LTM and the others here who like to preach the Gospel all day to people go preach it to nonbelievers somewhere? There are A LOT of websites and forums filled with unbelievers. Go there and preach.

There are others here who understand the Gospel and want to have Biblical discussions that are about other things and other doctrines. Time to move past your milk bottle, too.

It's very simple and very easy to come to a "Christian" website and preach the Gospel everyday. Isn't it? Especially, when it's a watered down "gospel". "Jesus loves you, he wants to give you a free gift"...... " he is patiently knocking on the door of your heart...waiting for you to let him in"...... He is just wooing and cooing to get your "acceptance".

You all are preaching to the choir here. And you all get so upset that others here do not want to solely talk about the Gospel day in and day out post after post.

I cannot speak for others but I do teach and present the gospel of salvation and the fundamentals of the Bible to many, I don't just stay on Christian websites.

However, this site is full of non believers most don't post but may be looking for a better example, a difference. There are individuals on this website seeking instruction on how to reach lost loved ones and friends. Through the presentation of the verses and discussion on salvation, these are learning different approaches to spread God's Word. The command is to preach and teach all He commanded.

Everyone here is free to choose to respond to others' posts. If anyone feels they are being held back from discussing 'deeper' thoughts, then he/she should start a new thread as some have done.

No Scripture, just my thoughts on the challenge to discuss something else!

And many other Scriptures and thoughts are presented....they may not align with what others want to discuss...they can ignore those posts or read and move on.

Most threads start off on one path and end up on a totally different path. That's how discussions go.

The challenge is being constantly levied against those here who teach things other than just the Gospel and not the other way around. Again Teach, you have the truth upside down.

" I never see reformers teach the Gospel.. just doctrine" and so on.......

Teach said, "However, this site is full of non believers most don't post but may be looking for a better example, a difference"

And you know this how? It seems you are passing judgment on many on this site if not most. Yet, are you not part of the same crowd who is so upset when it's suggested that you guys might be the ones who are the non-believers? Why such a double standard? I don't need an answer to the question.

IWA, I have washed my hands of you and kicked the dust from the heels of my feet and marked you as scriptures tell us to mark you so kindly go and be heard elsewhere because you bring trouble. All you look for is contention and bring contention.

So again I mark you as a contentios individual and I want nothing to do with you or the beliefs you follow.

Clear enough for you?

17Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
