Hello everyone:
A friend of mine asked me if i wanted to go to the good friday 'church service' at the local Chinese 'church'; as i have been going there for the last year.
I go to share the Word of GOD Almighty with the people.
I said that i was bored with the so called 'church service,and bored with the so called 'church'.
As the people are FANS of worship,but not ACTIVE participants,as everything has been prearranged,and picked out for the people to PERFORM.( Can anyone see this where they go).
Here is what the average 'church and worship service' resembles.
A man calling himself the 'senior pastor,or pastor',maybe even a 'church' leader,says to the people:
Let's stand,
Let me pray for us.
Lets worship,and the band plays on.
After a few minutes the man says take your seats.
There are some anouncements,
Lets stand,again the band plays on.
The so called pastor says le'ts pray;
LET'S is a contraction of two words; LET US,yet he is the only one praying.
Take your seats.
Not one person is ALLOWED,or PERMITTED to have anything to say during the so called 'church and worship service'.
After about 45 minutes to an hour of singing,and the so called pastor praying for the people,these people think they have 'WORSHIPPED' GOD Almighty.What they have accomplished is they have ENTERTAINED Messiah,and themselves,and they call that 'worship'.
I believe these people are deceived and purposely kept from knowing the truth.
Had the people been LED of the Holy Spirit,they would know that their meeting together is a farce,and far from what GOD Almighty says in His Word 1st Corinthians chapters 11-14: 30
My question is this,Where in the NEW COVENANT Scriptures will i find 'church service', or 'worship service'.
I have been reading and studying the Word of GOD for years and i cannot find a single reference to 'church service', or ' worship service'.
Maybe i might be a little dense,but GOD Almighty tells me HOW to Worship Him,and He also tells me How to meet with other believers according to 1st Corinthians chapters 11-14:30
IF the so called 'church service' and so called 'worship service' cannot be found within the annuls of the NEW COVENANT,then why do the people meet as they do?

John 4:21-24 New Testament
21 Jesus said to her, �Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

Joh_15:26 And when the Comforter comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth who proceeds from the Father, that One will witness concerning Me.
Joh_16:13 But when that One comes, the Spirit of Truth, He will guide you into all Truth, for He will not speak from Himself, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will announce the coming things to you.
By the way,has anyone looked into the web site i posted concerning Worship.

I checked out the Links...are you kidding...do people really need to read all that to understand what Church and Worship are all about ???...
*** I really dont know why you are so turned off about Church and Worship (Conventional)...I just have to shake my head and recall...

John 8:36 Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed.
Within the so called 'church service',and the so called 'worship service' there is NO FREEDOM for people to say or do anything other than that which has been prearranged for the people to say and do.
So this is the FREEDOM which faith in Messiah affords the people in the denominations and many of the Evangelical places.
Talk about being in a prison,and brought back under the law.
Within the parameters of 1st Corinthians 11 thru 14,there is much freedom,as there is no mention of any so called clergy,just Yeshua and His people having the Passover meal,and an OPEN meeting of the Saints according to the revealed Word of GOD.
Why is it so hard for people to meet according to the Word of GOD,maybe the reason lies with the desire to CONTROL others.
