John 3:16 added to and taken away from

I suppose all of us Christians have been sloppy in letting other's continually manipulating the word of God.



This morning my righteous indignation rose up in me, As I thought upon recent conversation's on this scripture, and they is no other way to put it than this.



If you say any one lost can not be saved after hearing this scripture, you are alltering the word of God and not only that calling the lord a liar.



Here is an example of adding to and taking away from this scripture:



God did so love the world that he gave his only begotten son but only the elect have faith to be saved.



The condition in Jn 3:16 is that man or woman believe that Jesis is the lord and as we know confess him with their mouth they are promised to receive eternal life.



When you say that only apply's to the elect you are adding to the word of God, the father put no such condition to that scripture, and you are also taking away from it when you say anyone is not able to have what is promised in this scripture.



A half truth is a lie.
