For some time some on this forum have been trying to PROVE that they are Christians.
These people go back and forth with their ideas,philosophies,
teachings,and much cutting and pasting of the WORDS of MEN.
These ideas,philosophies,and teachings are supposed to make a person to understand their condition and position before GOD ALMIGHTY.
There are the CALVANISTS, which follow the teachings of John Calvin,namely the tulip idea.
Totally depraved
Unmerited favor
Limited atonement
Irresistible grace
Perseverance of the Saints
The health and wealthers
On almost every page of Scripture they see,health and wealth
These deny the Sovereignty of GOD over the affairs of men,in order to hold onto their so-called puny free will.
Catholics
Believing Peter is the vicar of GOD
Mary is the mother of GOD
Worship of saints
Infant baptism removes the inherited sinful nature of Adam.
Salvation by means other than trusting Yeshua and many other such unbiblical teachings.
Pentecostals, Charismatics,and Assemblies of GOD:
These do such strange things as babbling incoherently,saying this is the Charisma/gift of the Holy SPirit.
Rolling on the ground, without control,flapping their arms like birds,and other Unbiblical things.
The Baptists:
These say,you must Repent of your sin(s),make a confession of Christ,and you are saved.
There are some other groups which believe the same way.
These adhere to the law,You must Tithe,be Baptized,also NO SMOKING,NO DRINKING ALCOHOLIC DRINKS.No dancing,no shorts,no movies,the beach,no tatoos,or long hair.
There are many more,to many to wirte,yet these are for the most what people profess on this site.
I want to say,that YWHW does not concern Himself with any of the Denominations,Non-Denominations,Judaism,the cults or any religion of men!
Not one of these Ideas,philosophies,teachings,or traditions of men will ever have any effect to save anyone.
A person could believe all of the ideas,philosophies,
teachings,and traditions of men,and still be under the JUDGEMENT of GOD ALMIGHTY.
Luke19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
Not one of these ideas,philosophies,teachings,or traditions has ever made any attempt to Atone for the sin(s)of even one man.
The ONLY PERSON that has made ATONEMENT for man is YESHUA the MESSIAH OF GOD.
Unless a man,woman,or child is TRUSTING Yeshua to be saving them from the wrath of GOD ALMIGHT against the sin(s) of men;
Then they are condemned as they stand,sit,kneel,walk or whatever they might be doing.
This CONDEMNATION is ONLY REMOVED by Yeshua,as a person trusts Him to save and protect them from the wrath of GOD ALMIGHTY.
Who or what are your trusting to save you from the wrath of GOD ALMIGHTY against your sin(s).
Are you trusting the ideas,philosophies,teachings and traditions of men.
Or are you solely trusting Yeshua.

John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am,ye shall die in your sins.

Passedover, and what body of believers do you assemble yourself together with on a REGULAR bases, with a spiritual TEACHER APPOINTED AND ORDAINED BY GOD TO TEACH HIS WORD???? After all, this is what the Word of God teaches and exhorts us to do, and Jesus and the apostles did it as a custom ( practice) preaching and teaching the people in the temples and synagogues daily , and wherever a crowd followed them, we are told to do this in obedience to God...
But such denial and rejection of attending church with other believers is only from a person who DOES NOT ATTEND ANYBODY'S CHURCH OR GATHER TOGETHER WITH OTHER BELIEVERS under the leadership of an anointed ordained man or woman of God who rightly divides God word of Truth, and teaches and preaches sound doctrine...therefore, he is his own teacher, nothing to compare what he learns with... Paul says he can't affrim nothing he speaks.

Again you have missed the WORD of GOD!
Eph 4:8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
Eph 4:9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

In these verse from Ephesians you have forgotten to note that there is not just ONE PERSON involved with the body of believers (The man made title of senior pastor).
There are Evangelists,Prophets,and Teachers, also to be involved with the EDIFICATION,of the believers growing in Yeshua.

Making a CONFESSION,does not SAVE ANYONE!

George you would others believe that in rebellion you are trusting, first of all it as not a matter of trust the word is faith, and most of all you said is not of faith and definetly not in love, so trusting no just empty words.

Go join yourself to fellowship with a Bible believing congrgation (church) and get baptized as we have been commanded to do in the Great Commission, nad then you will see the glory of God's salvation even the more in your life. This is a command of the Lord, not of me... not being as OJ says, rebellious to what God has written. Every letter written by Paul is written to those who were members who met together as a church who were baptized and identified themsevles as members of the church in Rome, Corinth, Ephesus, Galatia,Philipi, etc. so what's your problem?
Its a sad thing that a person calls him/herself a Christan and does not belong or is not a part of a body of believers in membership with others as a church. And when the person dies, they must either have a funeral at the funeral home or grave side, and no one even knows not one thing about the person as being apart of a church fellowship. Its a very sad things. Not to be under the leadership of a pastor... this is acceptable and commanded by God, so that you might be feed the word, and taught. So get your behind up and ask God to lead you to the place He would have you to be in fellowship with others.
Bahira, you cheer George on, but do you understand what he is saying in point that he doesn't believe in attending church or being baptized? Are you in agreement with him that he should not be in fellowship with others gathered together as the body of Christ worshipping and praising God a one, and that he should not be baptized and partake of Holy communion with other believers as a church body of Christ? Or what is it you're in agreement with George. SPLAIN YOURSELF, I 'll use George's word, Misssy... lol
Since you have described me as an angry woman, maybe you can help me by telling me at what I am angry about,or why I am angry, or at whom I am angry with. This really would help me to better understand my anger and do something about it. Isn't this what we are taught in God's word?... when you see a person in a fault to talk to the person about it so that he/she might overcome?
So since you can see and know my angry, it would surely be a blessing is you help me with this problem that ONLY YOU know about, even I don't know that I'm angry so, since you have insights and know me better than I know myself, then HELP ME!
Sound to me you're the one who is angry at the church and pastors, and this is why you don't attend church or believe in pasotrs over the church as God has so set before the church as under-sheperds of His flock. It seems you're the one who has no understanding fo God's word and try to twist it to fit your OWN ANGER toward the church, because you THINK you know more about God than the pastor. If this is the case then you should start your own church.
Fro your information (FYI) A senior pastor only means head leadership... plus, this is minus stuff you speak abotiu whuch has not one things to do with your disobedience in not being in membership and fellowship with a local church body of Christ as is found throughout God's word. Jsut as Paul was and apostle/bishop/overseerer of all the churches he started. So if churches is not important why did God have him to starts all these churches?... that's Bible!
