For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. View Profile History	Benefits of Wisdom Posted : 21 Sep, 2011 10:10 PM There are many benefits to having godly wisdon, not carnal wisdom which is man's wisdom trying to understand godly things. But we are to seek God's wisdom to understand even the leadership of the Holy Spirit. We are taught that when we get knowledge, to also get understanding of the knowledge that we have, but what good is knowing and understanding if we do not know proper application of the knowing? Thus, we are to seek God for His understanding, of His knowledge, and we should pray for His wisdom as James teaches in chapter 1, and God will give us wisdom freely to all who ask of Him, so that we may the who, how, what, and when to properly apply the knowledge with understanding in our circumstances and life situations. Therefore, one benefit of having godly wisdom is that we will have no problems making proper life decisions in those things that matter and are important to us in our daily lives.
