This is why many only read certian parts of the Bible that are easy and about the nice things of Christoan behavior like love... not knowing that one cannot love unless they do away with their sins and commit to God... But Maybe, Richard can provide some scriptures to fit this, and answer if its a sin or not accprding to what God says. Post Reply

For example : If you played one dollar on 1,000 numbers or 1,000 dollars you would get 500 dollars back. Which is not a good investment with the money God has entrusted to you. Not to mention it is also very stupid to gamble away 50 % of your money and God's saints are supposed to have Godly wisdom. There are much better ways to intelligently use the money and possessions God has entrusted to you as follows: Ephesians 4:28: "Work so that you may have something to share with those in need!" Acts 2:44,45: "*ALL* the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need." Acts 4:32: "*ALL* the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had." Post Reply

For example: If you bought all 1,000 numbers you would spend 1,000 dollars and receive back only 500 dollars back which is a stupid investment for the money God has entrusted to you . There are much wiser investments which will yield countless eternal rewards and treasures in Heaven for God's loving saints such as: Ephesians 4:28: "Work so that you:rolleyes: may have something to share with those in need!"
