Posted : 12 Oct, 2011 05:24 PM When Christ reigns in the coming Millennium, everything will be changed so vastly different from what we are accustomed to, even the animals themselves will be changed. Isaiah 11:6-9 gives us a small taste of things to come :). Isaiah 11:6 "The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them." Isaiah 11:7 "And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox." Isaiah 11:8 "And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den." Isaiah 11:9 "They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea." These few verses speak volumes about how animals will react around each other as well as people. I always wanted a pet Lion to play frisby with..i'll probably get it back bitten in half, but that's ok. Better it than me :laugh: Post Reply
