What Are the Boundaries of the Promised Land according to the Bible?
The prophecies of the prophets, said in the Bible, were all coming to pass and Israel was simply fulfilling what God had long ago prophesied.
So, what land has God stated belongs to Israel?
Let�s consider that today.
Keep in mind, the land God gave to Israel included everything from the Nile river in Egypt to Lebanon (North to South) and everything from the Mediterranean Sea to the Euphrates River (West to East). All of the land modern Israel currently possesses, plus all of the land of the Palestinians (the West Bank and Gaza), plus some of Egypt and Syria. Israel currently possesses only a fraction of the land God has promised. Look at the picture above to see the boarders of the Promised Land specified according to the Bible.
The Promised Land, is the land promise given by God to Jews. God said to Jews:
"Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates � all the Hittite country � to the Great Sea on the west." Joshua 1:4.
But look brothers, what God said in a prophecy below. He said that Jews will come from other countries and will dwell in Lebanon and Jordan.
Why?
Will it be the new boarders of the Promised Land?

In the Bible "Gilead"is a mountainous region east of the Jordan River, situated in the Kingdom of Jordan.
"And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man [this is the Ashkenazi Jews], and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the Lord. I will hiss for them [Ephraim and Judah as a keeper does his bees], and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase [again] as they have [once] increased.
And I will sow them among the people [of the Holy Land]: and they shall remember me in far countries; and they shall live with their children, and turn again [to God and his laws]. I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt [Judah], and gather them out of Assyria [Ephraim]; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them [they will overflow the lands]. And I will strengthen them in the Lord; and they shall walk up and down [in all the Holy Land] in his name, says the Lord." Zechariah 10:7-12
Here is what the prophecy states:
This is a prophecy that will occur in the Holy Land and may be before or after the Second Coming of Christ Jesus back to His earth. The prophet Zechariah in Chapter eleven said that Lebanon will be defeated by the incoming Israelites. Do you remember that the Golan Heights Israel captured from Syria in the Six Day War in 1967. This area will be under the control of Israel. Let me remind you that two-thirds of the land was captured by Israel during the 1967 Six Day War and has since been occupied by Israel. Immediately after the war, Israel was willing to give up the Golan in exchange for peace with Syria; however, Syria refused to negotiate. In the aftermath of the 1973 Yom Kippur War Israel agreed to return about 5% of the territory to Syrian civilian control. This part was incorporated into a demilitarized zone that runs along the ceasefire line and extends eastward. This strip is under the military control of UN peace keeping forces.
So, the Golan Heights were called in the Bible as the "oaks of Bashan". This is another name of the Bashan area (the Golan Heights). Look at the prophecy saying about the capture of the Holand Hights �oaks of Bashan�:
Zechariah 11:1-3
Desolation of Israel
Open your doors, O Lebanon,
That fire may devour your cedars.
Wail, O cypress, for the cedar has fallen,
Because the mighty trees are ruined.
Wail, O oaks of Bashan,
For the thick forest has come down.
There is the sound of wailing shepherds!
For their glory is in ruins.
There is the sound of roaring lions!
For the pride of the Jordan is in ruins.
God said that not only will parts of Lebanon and the Bashan area (the Golan Heights) be settled with the incoming masses of Israelites arriving from all regions of the world, but Israel will also possess the region of Gilead. The Bible clearly prophesies that God "will bring them into the land of Gilead" (Zechariah 10:10). And what is Gilead? It is the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan located on the east bank of the Jordan River. It takes in all of the lands east of the Jordan River up to the outskirts of Aminan, the capital of Jordan. So, God prophesized that Jews will dwell in Jordan and the Holand Heights and even in Lebanon. Amazing.

Blessing on Israel
1 �And you, son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel, and say, �O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the LORD! 2 Thus says the Lord GOD: �Because the enemy has said of you, �Aha! The ancient heights have become our possession,��� 3 therefore prophesy, and say, �Thus says the Lord GOD: �Because they made you desolate and swallowed you up on every side, so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations, and you are taken up by the lips of talkers and slandered by the people�� 4 therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD! Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, the valleys, the desolate wastes, and the cities that have been forsaken, which became plunder and mockery to the rest of the nations all around� 5 therefore thus says the Lord GOD: �Surely I have spoken in My burning jealousy against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, who gave My land to themselves as a possession, with wholehearted joy and spiteful minds, in order to plunder its open country.�
6 �Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, and the valleys, �Thus says the Lord GOD: �Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and My fury, because you have borne the shame of the nations.� 7 Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: �I have raised My hand in an oath that surely the nations that are around you shall bear their own shame. 8 But you, O mountains of Israel, you shall shoot forth your branches and yield your fruit to My people Israel, for they are about to come. 9 For indeed I am for you, and I will turn to you, and you shall be tilled and sown. 10 I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, all of it; and the cities shall be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt. 11 I will multiply upon you man and beast; and they shall increase and bear young; I will make you inhabited as in former times, and do better for you than at your beginnings. Then you shall know that I am the LORD. 12 Yes, I will cause men to walk on you, My people Israel; they shall take possession of you, and you shall be their inheritance; no more shall you bereave them of children.�
13 �Thus says the Lord GOD: �Because they say to you, �You devour men and bereave your nation of children,� 14 therefore you shall devour men no more, nor bereave your nation anymore,� says the Lord GOD. 15 �Nor will I let you hear the taunts of the nations anymore, nor bear the reproach of the peoples anymore, nor shall you cause your nation to stumble anymore,� says the Lord GOD.��
The Renewal of Israel
16 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying: 17 �Son of man, when the house of Israel dwelt in their own land, they defiled it by their own ways and deeds; to Me their way was like the uncleanness of a woman in her customary impurity. 18 Therefore I poured out My fury on them for the blood they had shed on the land, and for their idols with which they had defiled it. 19 So I scattered them among the nations, and they were dispersed throughout the countries; I judged them according to their ways and their deeds. 20 When they came to the nations, wherever they went, they profaned My holy name�when they said of them, �These are the people of the LORD, and yet they have gone out of His land.� 21 But I had concern for My holy name, which the house of Israel had profaned among the nations wherever they went.
22 �Therefore say to the house of Israel, �Thus says the Lord GOD: �I do not do this for your sake, O house of Israel, but for My holy name�s sake, which you have profaned among the nations wherever you went. 23 And I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the LORD,� says the Lord GOD, �when I am hallowed in you before their eyes. 24 For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. 25 Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. 28 Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God. 29 I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. I will call for the grain and multiply it, and bring no famine upon you. 30 And I will multiply the fruit of your trees and the increase of your fields, so that you need never again bear the reproach of famine among the nations. 31 Then you will remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good; and you will loathe yourselves in your own sight, for your iniquities and your abominations. 32 Not for your sake do I do this,� says the Lord GOD, �let it be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel!�
33 �Thus says the Lord GOD: �On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will also enable you to dwell in the cities, and the ruins shall be rebuilt. 34 The desolate land shall be tilled instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass by. 35 So they will say, �This land that was desolate has become like the garden of Eden; and the wasted, desolate, and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.� 36 Then the nations which are left all around you shall know that I, the LORD, have rebuilt the ruined places and planted what was desolate. I, the LORD, have spoken it, and I will do it.�
37 �Thus says the Lord GOD: �I will also let the house of Israel inquire of Me to do this for them: I will increase their men like a flock. 38 Like a flock offered as holy sacrifices, like the flock at Jerusalem on its feast days, so shall the ruined cities be filled with flocks of men. Then they shall know that I am the LORD.���
Brothers, let�s read another prophecy saying that Muslims will attack Israel during the Third World War and God will give Palestine, Jordan and Gaza to Jewish possession. This will happen soon. A few comments: what is the house of Esau in this prophecy? The name alternates with "Edom". Now, exactly who comprises this "House of Esau"? The modern day Palestinians, and about two-thirds of Jordan, located right across from the West Bank, comprise the House of Esau. Will we be able to see both the Palestinians and Jordan lining up together in threatening war against Israel? May be. But most probably it will happen during the Third World War of the Muslim states against Israel.
Obadiah 1:15-21
Israel�s Final Triumph
15 � For the day of the LORD upon all the nations is near;
As you have done, it shall be done to you;
Your reprisal shall return upon your own head.
16 For as you drank on My holy mountain,
So shall all the nations drink continually;
Yes, they shall drink, and swallow,
And they shall be as though they had never been.
17 � But on Mount Zion there shall be deliverance,
And there shall be holiness;
The house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.
18 The house of Jacob shall be a fire,
And the house of Joseph a flame;
But the house of Esau shall be stubble;
They shall kindle them and devour them,
And no survivor shall remain of the house of Esau,�
For the LORD has spoken.
19 The South shall possess the mountains of Esau,
And the Lowland shall possess Philistia.
They shall possess the fields of Ephraim
And the fields of Samaria.
Benjamin shall possess Gilead.
20 And the captives of this host of the children of Israel
Shall possess the land of the Canaanites
As far as Zarephath.
The captives of Jerusalem who are in Sepharad
Shall possess the cities of the South.
21 Then saviors shall come to Mount Zion
To judge the mountains of Esau,
And the kingdom shall be the LORD�s.
So, as we see here: God will give Palestine, Jordan and Gaza to Jewish possession. What is Samaria in this prophecy? It is a mountainous region roughly corresponding to the northern part of the West Bank. The areas of Samaria and Judea conquered by Jordan were renamed the West Bank (of the Jordan river). Responsibility for the administration over some of the territory of Samaria (Areas 'A' and 'B') was transferred to the Palestinian Authority.
We suppose that the Jordanian government knows these prophecies. Of course they do not want to give their land to Israel and try to oppose her. That actions placed Jordan squarely in line with this prophecy.
Brothers, now let�s read about the new borders (Prophetic borders) of the land Israel/the Promised Land described by the prophet Ezekiel. In Ezekiel 47 you can read about the borders of Israel in which the Jews will live after the coming of Jesus to our planet earth at the end of days. Here you can see the northern border of modern Lebanon, eastwards (the way of Hethlon) to Zedad and Hazar-enan in modern Syria; south by southwest to the area of Busra on the Syrian border (area of Hauran in Ezekiel); follows the Jordan River between the West Bank and the land of Gilad (Jordan) to Tamar (Ein Gedi) on the western shore of the Dead Sea; From Tamar to Meribah Kadesh (Kadesh Barnea), then along the Brook of Egypt to the Mediterranean Sea. The territory defined by these borders is divided into twelve strips, one for each of the twelve tribes. Small parts of Syria and Egypt will belong to Israel. Look at the map above. West Bank and Gaza Strip belong to Israel according to this prophecy of the prophet Ezekiel. Let�s read what God said about this:
Ezekiel 47:13-23
Borders of the Land
13 Thus says the Lord GOD: �These are the borders by which you shall divide the land as an inheritance among the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have two portions. 14 You shall inherit it equally with one another; for I raised My hand in an oath to give it to your fathers, and this land shall fall to you as your inheritance.
15 �This shall be the border of the land on the north: from the Great Sea, by the road to Hethlon, as one goes to Zedad, 16 Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim (which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath), to Hazar Hatticon (which is on the border of Hauran). 17 Thus the boundary shall be from the Sea to Hazar Enan, the border of Damascus; and as for the north, northward, it is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.
18 �On the east side you shall mark out the border from between Hauran and Damascus, and between Gilead and the land of Israel, along the Jordan, and along the eastern side of the sea. This is the east side.
19 �The south side, toward the South, shall be from Tamar to the waters of Meribah by Kadesh, along the brook to the Great Sea. This is the south side, toward the South.
20 �The west side shall be the Great Sea, from the southern boundary until one comes to a point opposite Hamath. This is the west side.
21 �Thus you shall divide this land among yourselves according to the tribes of Israel. 22 It shall be that you will divide it by lot as an inheritance for yourselves, and for the strangers who dwell among you and who bear children among you. They shall be to you as native-born among the children of Israel; they shall have an inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel. 23 And it shall be that in whatever tribe the stranger dwells, there you shall give him his inheritance,� says the Lord GOD.
So, brothers, now we know what will be the Israeli borders in future and where Jews will live. This is God�s perspective from God�s point of view of the Promised Land He gave to Jews for their everlasting possession. Let me remind you about our Promised Land:
Almost 4,000 years ago the Canaanites inhabited the land that God promised to give to the offspring of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. God promised that He would give the Promised Land/the Holy Land/Israel to the Jewish people as an eternal possession. The promise was unconditional. God confirmed it at least 55 times with an oath and stated, at least 12 times, that the covenant was everlasting (Qur�an confirms that). God did bring the Israelites into the Promised Land, 40 years after the Exodus from Egypt. Israel entered the Promised Land but could not possess all lands promised by God. Israel reached the peak of her power some 500 years later, under the reign of the Jewish King Solomon. Then Israel entered the Promised Land again hundreds of years later under King Solomon, and they occupied a large part, but not all, of the territory which God had promised to them. Israel was required to obey the Law of Moses and, when they failed, God thrust them out of the land. However, God promised that they would inherit the land and even more of the land (as we see it in the prophecies above). We see the Jews being brought back to the Promised Land in our day. We expect that God�s word will be fulfilled and that they will enter their full inheritance.
So, as you now know, it was not until the Jewish King David and his son Solomon (the King Solomon) came to power that Israel finally possessed the entire land which God promised Abraham in Genesis 15. David led the way by conquering Israel's enemies from Gaza, to East Jordan, to the River Euphrates:
2 Samuel 8:1-8
David�s Further Conquests
1 After this it came to pass that David attacked the Philistines and subdued them. And David took Metheg Ammah from the hand of the Philistines.
2 Then he defeated Moab. Forcing them down to the ground, he measured them off with a line. With two lines he measured off those to be put to death, and with one full line those to be kept alive. So the Moabites became David�s servants, and brought tribute.
3 David also defeated Hadadezer the son of Rehob, king of Zobah, as he went to recover his territory at the River Euphrates. 4 David took from him one thousand chariots, seven hundred horsemen, and twenty thousand foot soldiers. Also David hamstrung all the chariot horses, except that he spared enough of them for one hundred chariots.
5 When the Syrians of Damascus came to help Hadadezer king of Zobah, David killed twenty-two thousand of the Syrians. 6 Then David put garrisons in Syria of Damascus; and the Syrians became David�s servants, and brought tribute. So the LORD preserved David wherever he went. 7 And David took the shields of gold that had belonged to the servants of Hadadezer, and brought them to Jerusalem. 8 Also from Betah and from Berothai, cities of Hadadezer, King David took a large amount of bronze.
Moab [West Jordan], the son of Rehob king of Zobah [Northeast Syria], as he went to restore his rule at the River [Euphrates].
The Promise Fulfilled
So the LORD gave to Israel all the land of which He had sworn to give to their fathers, and they took possession of it and dwelt in it.
The LORD gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers.
And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. Not a word failed of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass.
(Joshua 21:43-45)
Now, brothers, we also know about the future Israel's Full Restoration, i.e. of the restoration of the Israeli boarders. Unfortunately, the Arab nation and the Palestinian government object to Israel's restoration and even reject to recognize that God gave the Promised Land for everlasting possession of Jews. Thus, they say that our God is a LIAR when He swore to give this land to Jews. That�s why Palestinian government tried to destroy Jews numerous times. However, each time they attack Israel, God's chosen people defeat them and gain back the Promised Land. If the Palestinian Arabs launch any additional attacks against Israel in the future, most probably they will be unable to see more of the Promised Land restored to Israel in fulfillment of God's word. Because they all will be killed by God. Let�s read about that. God warned Palestinians about that too:
A terrible warning to every Palestinian and Hamas fighter:
'Gaza Will Be Forsaken' . . .
In the book of Zephaniah, God warns Gaza would one day 'be forsaken'. Gaza is in the land which was given to the tribe of Judah (Joshua 15:1-12).
The Bible links the forsaking of Gaza to the coming Third World War of the Muslim states against Israel. From these following passages (Zephaniah 2:1-7), God wants the children of Israel, Palestinians and all people on Earth to learn and know at least three (3) things . . .
(1) First, God has issued a terrible warning and a 'plea' to both the children of Israel and to all people on Earth . . .
A Call to Repentance
Gather yourselves together, yes, gather together,
O undesirable nation,
Before the decree is issued,
Or the day passes like chaff,
Before the LORD�s fierce anger comes upon you,
Before the day of the LORD�s anger comes upon you!
Seek the LORD, all you meek of the earth,
Who have upheld His justice.
Seek righteousness, seek humility.
It may be that you will be hidden
In the day of the LORD�s anger.
Zephaniah 2:1-3
(2) God wants all in Israel and on Earth to know what will help trigger this fierce and terrible anger: Gaza!! He warns, 'Gaza will be forsaken'
For Gaza shall be forsaken,
And Ashkelon desolate;
They shall drive out Ashdod at noonday,
And Ekron shall be uprooted.
5 Woe to the inhabitants of the seacoast,
The nation of the Cherethites!
The word of the LORD is against you,
O Canaan, land of the Philistines:
� I will destroy you;
So there shall be no inhabitant.�
Zephaniah 2:4-5
All Philistines (Palestinians) and their allies should take note. Because God said that you will be destroyed and killed by God.
(3) God also wants all to know there is Hope. He promises hope for all those who will wait in faith and trust in Jesus Christ (the Son of God). Soon after the destruction of Palestine, Egypt, Gaza, Syria and Lebanon during the Third World War the Son of God Jesus will descend in Jerusalem with His mighty army of angels and saints. They Jesus will divide the Promised Land again. Israel will once again peacefully inhabit and prosper in that precious land God promised and gave to them. God called this land as the Promised Land and again the God Jesus will authorize that Jews will divide the land for their peaceful dwelling. Then finally there be 'peace on Earth' and not only in the ex-Palestine. Our Messiah and God, Jesus, will restore all the Earth in peace and beauty ... as God promised us.
Arab hatred toward the Jews and their conspiracy to destroy them will lead them to their destruction because God said in the Holy Scripture that He considered their war against Israel as a war against Him (Ps. 83). Consequently, the end of Palestine, Gaza, Egypt, Syria and Lebanon will be total defeat and destruction because they act, live and will fight against God.
Knowing all that and God Himself, for this reason we must bless the people of Israel and obey God�s laws. We should turn our hearts to the God of Israel and His Son. The Son of God died on the cross and took the sin of the world (millions of our sins). That�s why repent of your sins! Confess your sins to God in a prayer! Abandon your sins and lovers! And live a holy life, walking with the God of Israel and His Son, who died on the cross to give you eternal life and His Kingdom to be God�s inheritance.
Arabs, you will INHERIT not only Israel during the reign of God Jesus on earth but you will LIVE eternally in YOUR Kingdom given to you as to heirs, kings, saints and priests of God. It is your choice, to FIGHT against the God of Israel or to live with Him in peace and love, determines your future. Submit your hearts and lives to Him and He will wipe away your tears from your eyes! He is God of LOVE and He is FAITHFUL to Israel. The same way He will be faithful to you! Abandon your false god in Islam and worship the Son of God! Then peace from God will rest upon you! Then God the Father will be happy to accept you to His family. Then you will not be a Palestinian with the land, destroyed by God, but you will be a son of God adopted by Him and granted the everlasting life and everything what belongs to your Father.
WHAT CAN SAINTS EXPECT IN THE FIRST WEEK OF THE 1260-DAY GREAT TRIBULATION??
According to Revelation 13:5,7,8: The Beast {666} will have authority over **EVERY** tribe people nation {Including Israel} and language in the world for 42 {30-day} months {1260 days} and everyone whose name is not written in the Lamb's Book of Life will worship 666. 666 is called �THE BEAST� 36 {6x6} times in the book of Revelation.
Question: How will the Beast {666} and His False Prophet gain control of every nation of the world in the first week of the 1260-day Tribulation?? According to Daniel 7:24b a Roman King will subdue 3 kings. Rev 6:8; �There before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, {666} and Hades {The False prophet who will cause people to go to hell or hades with the mark of 666} was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.
NOTE: China, India and Russia are 3 kingdoms that make up a fourth of the earth!
Rev 13:4: Men worshiped the dragon {Satan} because he had given authority to the Beast {666} and they also worshiped the beast and asked, �Who is like the Beast? Who can make war against him?�
Immediately after miraculously conquering 3 kingdoms or one fourth of the earth 666 will appoint 10 kings who had never before ruled over the 10 most powerful kingdoms of the earth.
Rev 17:12-14: The 10 horns you saw {On 666} are 10 kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but will give their authority as kings along with the Beast {666}. They have one purpose and will give their authority to the Beast {666}. They will make war against the Lamb but the Lamb will overcome them {On the Last Day} because He is King of kings and Lord of lords.� {See Rev 19:20,21}
The following 10 powerful nations have OVER 50% OF THE WORLD'S POPULATION and ABOUT 70% OF THE WORLD'S MILITARY POWER and certainly have the military, political and �religious� power to control and rule all the nations of the world: #1. United States #2.� Russia #3. China {1.3 Billion} #4. Great Britain #5. France #6. India {1.1 Billion} #7. Germany #8. Japan #9. Brazil #10. Egypt. Brazil borders every nation in South America except for Chile. Egypt is the university, intellectual and theological center of Islam. And then 666 will have �authority over every tribe, people, language and nation� as per Rev 13:7b, from his headquarters in the evil city on 7 hills or Rome. The idea that 666 will choose a European Union of 10 nations with about 5 % of the world's population and about 10 % of the world's military power to control the world just because these nations are close to Rome is just an idea which is not supported by God's Word.
Revelation 13:14-17: �He {The False Prophet-Obama??} will deceive the inhabitants of the earth. He will order them to set up an image in honor of the Beast {666} who was wounded by the sword {On June 9th AD 68} and yet lived {Nero Caesar?}. He will have power to give breath to the image of the first Beast {666}, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.�
�He also forced everyone... to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast {NERO CAESAR?} or the number of his name 666!�
Since these 2 world-wide laws: To worship the statue of 666 {Possibly on TV} or be killed; and not being able to buy or sell anything; there will be a huge falling away among most of the people who claim to be Christians but are not the called, the chosen and the faithful. Moses and Elijah will begin their 1260-day testimony {Rev 11:3} 3 1/2 days before the coming of 666 & the 1260-day Great Tribulation and 1263 1/2 days before the Last Day. {***THE FIRST END-TIME EVENT***} Moses and Elijah will warn us of the coming of 666 & his False Prophet. �
In Matthew 24:3,9-13:� The disciples asked Jesus, �What will be the sign of your Coming and the end of the age?? Jesus answered�.. {During the 1260-day Great Tribulation} �Then *YOU* will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and *YOU will be hated by all nations **BECAUSE OF ME**.� At that time many will turn away from the Faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of *MOST will grow cold, but he {The Called, Chosen & Faithful} who stands firm to the **END** will be saved.� Rev 2:10: Jesus says, �Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the Crown of Life!�
God will miraculously take care of His Faithful and Courageous Tribulation Saints {Just as he took care of the Israelites for 40 years in the Wilderness} even though they won�t be able to buy or sell anything as per Rev 13:17a. {See Matthew 6:25-34 where storing up items are forbidden}� There are a few Post-Tribbers such as Jim Bakker who are teaching that we should store up at least a year's supply of food for the Great Tribulation which is a direct contradiction to God's Word in Matthew 6:25-34. God's NT saints will go through the Great Tribulation without suffering the wrath of God, as did the OT saints in Egypt when God sent many horrific plagues on Egyptians because of Pharoah.
Matthew 6:31-34: Jesus says, �Do not worry, saying, �What shall we eat?� or �What shall we drink?� or �What shall we wear?� For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own!�
WHAT WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE LAST DAY AT THE 2ND COMING OF JESUS??
Luke 21:25,26: Jesus says, �Immediately after the distress of those {1260} days The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world. See also Mark:13:24,25; Matt 24:29 & Rev 6:12-17
Luke 21:28: When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.
Rev 1:7: Look, He is coming with the clouds, and **EVERY** eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him. Just before His 2nd Coming every saved and lost person will be awakened to witness His 2nd Coming as per Matt 26:64; John 5:28,29 & Daniel 12:2 This will not include the martyrs and the 24 Elders on thrones who will already be awake as per Rev 4:4; 6:9-11; 7:9,14,15 & Rev 20:4-6.
Matt 24:30,31; Mark 13:24,25; & Luke 21:27: At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will *SEE the Son of man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a loud trumpet call {the 7th and Last Trumpet}, and they will gather his elect from the 4 winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.� I Thess 4:16b,17: �The dead in Christ will rise first, After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.� Mark 13:27b adds �He will gather His elect from the ends of the earth {Saints on earth} to the ends of the heavens. {Saints in Heaven}
I Corinthians 15:49,51,52: Just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so shall we bear the likeness of the Man from Heaven {See Rev 1:13-16}...We will not all sleep, but we will **ALL** be changed�in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the {7th &} Last Trumpet!�
Then all of God's saints with their new heavenly bodies will celebrate the marriage Feast of the Lamb: Rev 19:7,8: �Hallelujah!... for the Wedding of the Lamb has come, and His bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean was given her to wear!�
There will be 2 comings of Jesus on the same Last Day. The First will be **FOR** His saints and the Second Coming will be **WITH** His saints just after the marriage Feast of the Lamb.
Revelation 19:11,13;14, 19-21:.�I saw Heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose Rider is called Faithful and True... He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is the Word of God. The armies of Heaven were following Him riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean {See Rev 19:8}.... Then I saw the Beast {666} and the {10} kings { See Rev 17:12-14 below} of the earth and their {10} armies gathered together to make war against the Rider on the horse and His army. But the Beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf... The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the Rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh. {See Rev 17:12-14 and Jude 14-16}
Rev 17:12-14; The 10 horns you saw are 10 kings... They will give their power and authority to the Beast {666}. They will make war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will overcome them because He is Lord of lords and King of kings.�
Then Satan {See Rev 16:13,14,16} and the rest of the armies of the world surrounded Jerusalem {After arriving at Armageddon just 55 miles North of Jerusalem} Rev 20:9,10: �But fire came down from Heaven and devoured them. And the Devil who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the Beast {666} and the False Prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.�
I Cor 15:20-24: �But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the FIRSTFRUITS of those who have fallen asleep...For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own turn: Christ the FIRSTFRUITS;; then when He comes, those who belong to Him. {*THEN*} the {*END*} will come, when He hands over the kingdom to God the Father after He has destroyed all dominion, authority and power.�
Luke 21:33: Jesus says �Heaven and earth will pass away but My Words will never pass away!� 2 Peter 7,10,13: �The present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the Day of judgement and destruction of ungodly men... But the Day of the Lord {See I Cor 1:7,8} will come like a thief.{To unbelievers} The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be burned up... But in keeping with His promise we are looking forward to a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH, the Home of righteousness.�
Revelation 20:11-14: �Then I saw a great white **THRONE** {See Matt 25:31b below} and Him {Jesus} who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled away from His presence {See 2 Peter 3:10-12; I Cor 15:24 & Rev 21:1}, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another Book was opened, which is the Book of Life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the Books and each person was judged according to what he had done {See Rev 22:12}. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. If anyone's name was not found written in the {Lamb's-Rev 13:8; 17:8} Book of Life {Dan 12:1b,2}, he was thrown into the lake of fire.�
Matthew 25:31-34,41,46: �**WHEN** the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, He will sit on **HIS THRONE** {See Rev 20:11 above} in Heavenly glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him and He will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on His right and the goats on the left.�
�*THEN* the King will say to those on the right, �Come you who are blessed by My Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.� {The New Jerusalem with its New Heaven and New Earth�See Rev 21:1-5 & 2 Peter 3:10-13}
�**THEN* He will say to those on His left, �Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.� ....{See John 12:48; John 5:28,29; 2 Thess 1:6-10; Daniel 12:2}
�*THEN* they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.�
Rev 21 1:1-3: Then I saw a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. {THEN} I saw the NEW JERUSALEM, coming down out of heaven from God...,And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, �Now the dwelling of God is with men, and He will live with them!!� {You will note that the New Jerusalem will come only *AFTER the present heaven and earth have passed away.} �They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.!! He who was seated on the Throne said, �I am making **EVERYTHING NEW**!!� See John 14:1-3; Hebrews 11:10,16; 2 Peter 3:10-13
WERE THE OT JEWISH SAINTS ALSO WAITING FOR THE ETERNAL HEAVENLY NEW JERUSALEM??
Romans 10:12: �For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile�the same Lord is Lord of all.� Galatians 3:28,29: �There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male or female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise!!� Read Ephesians 2:11-22!!
Hebrews 11:9,10,13-16: By faith he {Abraham} made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the City with foundations, whose architect and builder is God. {The Eternal New Jerusalem not an earthly Jerusalem built by man}
All these people were all living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised, they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance. And they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth. People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had the opportunity to return. Instead, they were longing for a better country�a **HEAVENLY ONE**. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a City for them {The eternal Heavenly New Jerusalem!}
Hebrews 11:39-40: �These {OT Saints} were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. God had planned something better for us so that only together with us {NT saints} would they {OT saints} be made perfect!�{Receive New heavenly bodies and the Eternal, Heavenly New Jerusalem}
Galatians 3:29: If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise.
Galatians 4:22-26: For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman and the other by the free woman. His son by the slave woman was born in the ordinary way; but his son by the free woman was born as the result of a promise. These things may be taken figuratively, for the women represent two covenants. One covenant is from Mount Sinai and bears children who are to be slaves: This is Hagar. Now Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem, because she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem that is **ABOVE** is free, and she is our mother!!�:applause::angel::peace:
