Selah.. [also seh'l]
A word that means "the singer is silent while the music continues".
Satan and his minions of darkness strive hard to keep the key of knowledge from being discovered, "lest the light of the glorious gospel of Jesus' being "The Messiah", aka "the Father's Eternal Plan" should shine unto them:
"In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them." [II Cor 4:4]
The Father has been most gracious unto men, and enabled us to learn of His wisdom and knowledge, and of how nothing will ever be learned or comprehended apart from it having been discovered out of a dichotomy.
Without being able to comprehend that proportion which is referred to as "UP" man would not be able to comprehend that proportion which is referred to as "DOWN". Without "EAST" we'd not be able to understand "WEST". And the same goes goes for everything in life: NORTH-SOUTH, LEFT-RIGHT, ABOVE-BELOW, BEFORE-BEHIND, IN-OUT, LIGHT-DARKNESS, GOOD-EVIL, LOVE-HATE, BIRTH-DEATH, et cetera.
This is why Solomon wrote,
"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
Selah, or "to be silent from singing" is a fine example of "a time to keep silence, and a time to speak", both completing the Father's eternal wisdom through music and singing.

"Study to be quiet, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS, and work with your hands as we commanded you". [I Thess 4:11]
If you obeyed the word of God, you would not be trying to follow me around, so as to convert me into capital. I have no contract with you, and would desire that you obey the word of God instead of pretending that you have a right to stick your nose into others business, when you only do it, to try and make yourself look intelligent through argument with others.
If you were as wise as you are implying, you'd not need to ask me a question, you'd discern from the Lord that which He wants you to know..
So, you would do good to heed James' writings, "Be ye a doer of the word and not a hearer only deceiving yourself."

Well......I guess that answered the question of "are you a Christian"...
James 3:13-18 ~ (KJV)
13~ Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
14~ But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
15~ This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
16~ For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
17~ But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
18~ And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
2 Thes 3:14 ~ And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
