That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9,10

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Romans 10:17

@angel

I believe you are not understanding this Scripture correctly..

Rom 10:9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus with your mouth, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Rom 10:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.

Rom 10:11 For the Scripture says, "Everyone believing on Him will not be put to shame." Isa. 28:16

To be confessing anything before you believe what you are confessing,is putting the cart before the horse.

Let us look at verses 10-11

Belief,faith,trust,'ALWAYS' is before CONFESSING.

One is trusting Yeshua,the other is trusting their repentance

and confession.

One is 'FAITH' the other is 'WORKS'.

Shalom

Nope

You should know, you have to believe in order to confess. Salvation involves inward belief (with the heart) as well as outward confession (witht he mouth).
