ROMANS 13 IS NOT ABOUT OBEYING THE GOVERNMENT OF MEN!

There is a lot of heresy being touted as the pure gospel in the world today.
The biggest fraud that I have seen being dragged around lately is this notion that Romans 13 is stating that believers are to obey the "ORDINANCE OF MAN". This is a falsehood perpetrated by men of cunning who will do anything to get other men to believe this garbage out of hell.
Look at what the scripture tells us...
Romans 13, is predicated on what Paul is stating in Romans 12, which is related to the elect, as in "I beseech you..BRETHREN".
Then he lays out the order for the Body of Christ [in chapter 12], in regards to "THE ORDINANCE OF GOD" [which follows in chapter 13]:
1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
4For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
6Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
7Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
8Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
9Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
10Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
11Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
12Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
13Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
14Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
15Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
17Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
19Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
20Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
21Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
AND NOW ADD THE NEXT VERSES IN CHAPTER 13, which is a continuation of this letter..
1Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
2Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
3For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
4For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
Look at verse four [4For he is the minister of God to thee for good]; this whole passage is talking about the ministers of God, and of how when we obey their AUTHORity, we are blessed, and if we do not, then we are in danger of being disobedient to the "ORDINANCE OF GOD".
The word that proves this, is in the phrase "ORDINANCE OF GOD" in verse 2:
"2Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation."
You must not be aware that there are TWO applications of the word "ORDINANCE" in the scripture. First there is the ORDINANCE OF GOD, in Romans 13:2, and then there is the ORDINANCE OF MAN in I Peter 2:13. The exousia which this passage is referring to, is not that pertaining to the ORDINANCE OF MAN. It states "THE ORDINANCE OF GOD".
Here is the second which refers to "THE ORDINANCE OF MAN":
"Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme;" [I Peter 2:13]
Note how the TWO verses which refer to the this word are reversed, 13:2 and 2:13. This is another dichotomy of wisdom that shows man's wisdom versus the Lord's.
So, please stop stating that this passage [of Romans 12 and 13] is referring to the "ORDINANCE OF MAN"; it tells you clearly that it is referring to "THE ORDINANCE OF GOD".
No man is to submit to another when it is against the laws and morals of God.
"When they had brought them, they stood them before the Council. The high priest questioned them, saying, We gave you strict orders not to continue teaching in this name, and yet, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and intend to bring this mans blood upon us. But Peter and the apostles answered, We must obey God rather than men." [Acts 5:27-29]
Here we have men who are masquerading as "government", and the disciples REFUSED to obey them.
"WE MUST OBEY GOD RATHER THAN MEN!"
a wise man
