R.O.A.RPosted : 27 Oct, 2011 05:55 AMGuys, i have a story for you, about a certain Lion. A full grown male Lion. This Lion, was out on the trail one day, and fell into a pitfall. His, leg appeared to be broken during the fall. A great rain storm came, and filled the pitfall, and the lion floated to the top and got out, only to lay near the hole, and rest awhile. A couple days went by, and the Lion looked like it was doing pretty good. He just relaxed and rested for a couple days. A couple of vultures, and hyenas started noticing the Lion. So, they started gathering up together. The Lion, just licked his paws, and drank from the pit, as if they wasn't even there. Then, a pack of wolves, noticed what was going on. So, they too, hung out and waited. After about, a week or so, the Lion got up. He was weak from not eating, and very careful to not use his leg. The vultures dared not mess with him because they knew, that one blow..and its curtains for them. So, the vultures flew up in the air and circled hoping that day of fate would land on the Lion. The hyenas just kept |

R.O.A.RPosted : 30 Oct, 2011 09:34 PMThis is a parable about my own life, and I thought I would share it. Many people are so up into there own selves the fail to lack good love. They are just clanging symbols. They make a lot of noise, but only hurt the eardrums of those who listen to there GODless rambling. |
at him also, waiting for that day of fate, and the wolves, went into retreat to plan an ambush on the weakened Lion. The Lion, kept walking, and walking, toward his pride. He roared once and the hyenas took to the hills. The circling vultures, gave up also, and flew to find something else they could possibly devour. Mean while the wolves out numbered the Lion, 10 to one, and there they stood a few moments away from there ambush. The Lion staggering with three legs, was in the spot of ambush. The wolves leaped from there positions, and attacked the Lion. The Lion roared, and stunned 5 of the wolves, and leaped at the other five. He thrashed them to pieces, with His mighty claws. He bit down hard and ended 5 of the wolves lives, but also taking many blows. The other 5, backed the Lion up, into a corner. The Lion was bleeding, and it did not look like things was going to get any better. The wolves, packed near the corner slowly approached the battle zone. The wolves heard noises behind them, and there appeared the entire pride. 12 female, and 8 males glaring at the wolves, and there teeth showing, and claws drawn. The wolves knew there was no escaping death, so the battle began and they leaped for the weakened lion. The pride charged, and not a single wolf escaped. However the Lion's fate was met also. They carried the dead Lion, back to the pride and there a great mourning took place. His baby cub looked to his mother, and asked with tears falling from his face,"Why mommy, why did it have to end like this." The mommy pulled the little cub close, and told him,"We had to rid the land from wolves, so that you could be safe." The little cub, stopped crying, and a peace came over him. He said, "So, daddy had to die?" The mommy lion, with tears coming from her eyes, said, "It was His destiny, and He gave His life in return, so that we could be safe."
