Acts 10:45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,
47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
This a gift from the father given by the lord Jesus, in a separate act of faith to those receive him.
This Not Gift's of the Spirit.
Being filled withe Holy Spirit, baptized withe Holy Ghost, and the Gift of The Holy Ghost are all referred to as the same thing in scripture, and it is not a part of the New Birth.
You should start to understand your English first.
It is written clear as the day that there are many gifts of the Holy Spirit:
1 Corinthians 12
Spiritual Gifts: Unity in Diversity
1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: 2 You know that[a] you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led. 3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
4 There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit:angel: is given to each one for the profit of all:
8 for to one:peace: is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, 9 to another:peace: faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts :peace:of healings by the same[b] Spirit, 10 to another :peace:the working of miracles, to another :peace:prophecy, to another:peace: discerning of spirits, to another:peace: different kinds of tongues, to another :peace:the interpretation of tongues. 11 But one and the same Spiritworks all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
12 For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one bodywhether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or freeand have all been made to drink into[c] one Spirit. 14 For in fact the body is not one member but many.
15 If the foot should say, Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body, is it therefore not of the body? 16 And if the ear should say, Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body, is it therefore not of the body? 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where would be the smelling? 18 But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He pleased. 19 And if they were all one member, where would the body be?
20 But now indeed there are many members, yet one body. 21 And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you; nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you. 22 No, much rather, those members of the body which seem to be weaker are necessary. 23 And those members of the body which we think to be less honorable, on these we bestow greater honor; and our unpresentable parts have greater modesty, 24 but our presentable parts have no need. But God composed the body, having given greater honor to that part which lacks it, 25 that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another. 26 And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.
27 Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. 28 And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles? 30 Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? 31 But earnestly desire the best[d] gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.
Why then we see the word the gift of the Spirit.
If you would study the Scripture you would see:
The Holy Spirit was not on earth. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit.
And only then disciples received the Holy Spirit.
Until they received Him, they were not born again!!!!!
They we just 'secular' believers....
When the Holy Spirit/the Spirit of Jesus/the Spirit of God entered their bodies they were born of God and at that time we see the manifestation of the Spirit evident in the gifts ( I listed these gifts above).
And they received the gifts and the gift of the Spirit. It was His essence that entered their bodies (gift) and His manifestation in gifts (tongues...).
God said that we also constantly should be filled with the Spirit of God.
Today the Holy Spirit is on earth. Jesus sent Him. Through faith and repentance the Holy Spirit enters our bodies and gives us His gifts and fruits i.e. His manifestation.
This post was originally Started as an example of rightly dividing the word of Truth.
Bahira you are not hearing the word of God, why is that?
The question is Have you received The Gift of The Holy Ghost?
What this question is not, Have you received Jesus?
Acts 19:2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
Receiving The promise of the father to the Church is not Receiving Jesus, it is a following act of faith to receive the Person of The Holy Ghost.
The new birth is equated to in scripture as taking a drink of water: This is receiving Jesus and yes the Holy Spirit is involved in a measure
Jn 4:13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
Jn 4:14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
This is a picture of The baptism with the Holy Ghost the fullness
of the Godhead.
Jn 7:37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
Jn 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
Jn 7:39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
This spake he of the spirit, this picture is rivers of flowing water quite a distinction that a well.
Bahira it is not my language the word of God is Jesus language.
Not all believers have the gifts of the spirit in their life, for this is evident of those that have been baptized with the Holy Spirit.
The primary reason for the Gift of The Holy ghost is to be a blessing to others.
The evidence of the Spirit upon the believer is they are filled and then they speak in tongues.
A believer can speak in tongues any tome he wants, wills to and it is the Holy Spirit that always gives the utterance.
The gift of tongues is not what you see in Acts ch 2:4, the Gift of tongues as are all gifts subject to the will of the Holy Ghost.
In rightly dividing the Word of truth their is the spirit within, and the spirit upon two different truth's
I cannt change your mind. There are many people in our Churches who like you do not do what God said. They prefer to have their own faith and their own god. I saw such people. They smoke and worship God. They sleep with lovers and their lovers pick them up from Churches.
God will start judgement from the Church. So, I am here not to judge you but share with you what I know. You do not want to listen to me and reason together. Well, it is your right.
You cannt make me unbeliever and you cannt separate me from the love of God in the Christ Jesus.
He gave me eternal life. He is my God. I am born of God and His Spirit dwells in me. You say that I am not a Christian. Ok. My Lord will give you responses to all your claims against me. He is Your Judge. He is my Father. Better obey God and conform your life to His laws/words because it is more important then to stay here and only accuse us.

Bahira I never once even try to insinuate you where not a christian nor would I ever, but you have continually practiced, adding to or trying to alter everything I say.
Let me explain why I say that all your statements are wrong:
1. You said:
The evidence of the Spirit upon the believer is they are filled and then they speak in tongues.
You are wrong. The tongues are just one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. If you able to count gifts, you can do it here: below you can see that there are at least 9 gifts. Below is written:
But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills. So, your statement is heresy and it is wrong.

Your questions I consider as claims that I am unbeliever.
"The question is Have you received The Gift of The Holy Ghost?
What this question is not, Have you received Jesus?"
I told you hundred times that God dwells in me and I am born of God through FAITH in His Son. His Spirit lives in me and He gave me gifts of the Holy Spirit. He sealed me by the Holy Spirit and I have fruits of the Holy Spirit in my life.
How everything happens? Through FAITH in His Son who is actually God Himself.
There are many christians who are say that prosperity is very good or they say like you that satan works even hard to continually proclaim prosperity is evil.
It is one of your false claims. How do we know that we are wrong? It is written in the Scripture. God Jesus said that we should sell our properties and get treasures in heaven and not on earth. So, if you say that Jesus is wrong, He will ask you why you say what is not written. If you say that false prophets are christians, then of course He will ask you why you say it.
If the Scripture said that there is many gifts of God then how can you say that it is wrong? We all receive the Holy Spirit and He gives us gifts.
This is what I posted and I did not write the word of God.
The evidence of the Spirit upon the believer is they are filled and then they speak in tongues.

How could it not be any clearer?
Acts 10:44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
Acts 10:45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 10:46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter,
Acts 10:47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
Second witness just as the first
The Holy Ghost came on them not in them.
This is called The Gift of the Holy Ghost, not Gifts of the spirit.
How did they know they had received the Holy Ghost they all spoke in tongues.
He fell on all of them.
Third witness
Acts 19:2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.
Acts 19:3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto Johns baptism.
Acts 19:4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
Verse two have you received The Holy Ghost not Jesus
Acts 19:6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.
Acts 19:7 And all the men were about twelve.
All prayed in tongues when the Holy ghost came on them, again this is not the gift of tongues, it is speaking in tongues.
There are two more witness of the distinction of receiving the Holy Spirit.
The Gift of tongues as mentioned in 1st Cor Ch 12:
As is with all of the gifts of the spirit are not resident in believers, they manifest as the Holy spirit wills in the lives of those that have received the holy ghost.
I speak in tongues or pray in tongues any time I want as long as I want.
Interesting: how your tongues sound like barking on the video? Just curious.
Do you speak in earthly language or in angelic tongue?
What do you think: why do you speak in this language as long as you wish? What is the purpose of your speaking?
Tongues: The supernatural ability of speaking an unlearned language. Paul seems to have distinguished between the public use of the gift (which must always be interpreted) and the private use which was for the spiritual strengthening of oneself. Currently among Christians there is a dispute as to whether tongues were/are always xenoglossy (speaking an unlearned human language) or whether it also included/includes glossolalia (speaking an unlearned and allegedly non-human language of heavenly or angelic origin).
Interpretation of tongues: This gift always follows the public exercise of the gift of tongues. In 1 Corinthians 14, the Apostle Paul required that all speech in Christian worship should be intelligible. This required that speech given in an unknown tongue be interpreted in the common language of the gathered Christians.
