Our God Jesus is the Lamb of God
Posted : 6 Nov, 2011 07:50 AM
Let me share with you guys what I said to Muslims today:
The Eid Al-Adha
Brothers,
Lets meditate on the Holy Scripture today and consider what is the will of God for every Arab and Muslim. Today Muslims and we, Christians, celebrate worldwide Eid al-Adha or Festival of Sacrifice or Greater Eid. This is the best Muslim anniversary.
Eid al-Adha will be celebrated for three days beginning on November 6/7 in the Islamic countries. Muslims and we, Christians, commemorate during this day the willingness of our father Abraham to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God.
What happened and why Abraham decided to kill his son?
Lets consider that today.
Lets listen to the message of the Taliban Leader Mullah Omar on Eid-ul-Adha.
Regarding the U.S. proposals for peace talks with the Taliban, Mullah Omar said that all jirgas (council of elders) and proposals by the U.S. to have military bases in Afghanistan beyond 2014 will be opposed by the Taliban. He also said that the Taliban's jihad is for attaining Allah's gratification. Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid says that the Taliban fighters have pushed the militarily advanced U.S. forces on the verge of collapse in Afghanistan and the U.S. has no choice but to leave Afghanistan as quickly as possible. Now you only have one choice and that of removing all of your military forces from our country as quickly as possible.
As I told you before, Islam kills Muslims in Afghanistan the same way like in Pakistan.
Islam kills Muslims in Afghanistan by the hands of Talibs (Taliban).
But why does Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid wants to be free from the presence of the U.S. forces?
Taliban-Al-Qaeda connections were also strengthened by the marriage of one of bin Laden's sons to Omar's daughter. The American Army opposes the terrorists regime in Afghanistan and Omar wants to be free to continue his life in sins selling weapon and drugs. This is the source of life for Omar.
The Taliban's allies include the Pakistani army as well as Arab and Central Asian militants. Al Qaida supported the Taliban with regiments of imported fighters from Arab countries and central Asia. In the late period of the war, of an estimated 45,000 force fighting on the side of the Taliban, only 14,000 were Afghans. Today the Taliban operate in Afghanistan and northwest Pakistan. However their headquarters is in or near Quetta, Pakistan.
The Taliban engages in attacks against the civilian population. According to a report by the United Nations, the Taliban were responsible for 2,477 civilian casualties (76 percent of all casualties) in the first six months of 2010. According to a report, the Taliban were responsible for 76 % of civilian casualties in Afghanistan in 2009. In 2006 at least 669 Afghan civilians were killed in at least 350 armed attacks, most of which appear to have been intentionally launched at non-combatants. Why the Taliban increased its use of suicide bombers and targeted unarmed civilians? This is the way of Islam- destruction, death and murder of all people no matter if they are Muslims or not. The Taliban have provided an Islamic sanction for farmers to grow even more opium, even though the Quran forbids Muslims from producing or imbibing intoxicants. Abdul Rashid, the head of the Taliban's anti-drugs control force in Kandahar, spelled out the nature of his unique job. He is authorized to impose a strict ban on the growing of hashish, because it is consumed by Afghans and Muslims. But, Rashid said, Opium is permissible because it is consumed by kafirs in the West, and not by Muslims or Afghans. In 2000 Afghanistan's opium production accounted for 75% of the world's supply. This is the reasons why criminal leaders in the Taliban want to be free from the presence of the USA. They want to live in their world of sin, destruction, death, drugs, slavery called by one word Islam.
The problem is that Islam was founded by demons/jinns/the fallen angels who are in constant war against people and God. Their purpose is destruction, deception and death. Thats why the Islamic god has violent names and he so boldly calls himself as makir.
But bothers Arabs, the God of our father Abraham and a jaw Moses hates any lie and he commanded us to live holy lives under the law: You shall not kill. This law is HOLY. Thats why any Muslim who violates this law will NEVER reach the Kingdom of God. Thats why every Muslim will be condemned by God for violation of another HOLY law of God which forbids idol worship and bowing down before the false gods. Why? Because there is only ONE God and His name is the God of Israel. If you do not worship this God, you are an idol worshiper and you will be in the hell and finally in the lake of fire. We should obey and implement the Gods laws or during the Judgment Day we will be held accountable for their violation.
Once a year the Muslim world commemorates the deep love of our father Abraham for God in being willing to spare not even his own son. Every day of the year, however, the Christian world remembers the deep, magnificent love of God for men in being willing also to spare not even His own Son Jesus to prove once for all His eternal love for us and His desire that we should not perish but, through faith in Jesus His Son, obtain eternal life. Brothers, remember that God said about His Son 2,000 years before the existence of Islam.
Through the FAITH in the Son, repentance of our sins we can get the eternal life from the hands of the Son of God pierced instead of you and me on the Cross.
Today we look forward with exceeding joy to the return of Jesus Christ to our planet earth to establish here His reign. Christians and Muslims look forward for His Return. But they forget the laws of His Father: You should not kill, You should not steal. You should not bow down before the false god/idols. It means that you should NOT bow down before the Meteorite Kaaba praying five times a day in its direction! You should not kiss it like the false prophet Muhammad did it. You should be HOLY and OBEY the Holy God of our fathers. His name is the God of Israel. We are the true sons of Abraham if we follow the example of the faith which he had in the beginning. "If you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise". (Galatians 3:29).
"He who has the Son has life;
he who has not the Son of God has not life". (1 John 5:12).
"He who believes in the Son has eternal life;
he who does not obey the Son shall not see life,
but the wrath of God rests upon him".
(John 3:36).
What was the FAITH of our father Abraham?
THE FAITH OF ABRAHAM:
When Islam celebrates two great festivals annually - Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha, they kill the SHEEP. The Sheep is a symbol of salvation in Islam. The Sheep is the Lamb of God killed to save Muslims and Arabs many centuries before the existence of Islam. Animals are sacrificed in commemoration of Abraham's sacrifice of his son. God sacrificed His Son Jesus to die instead of us on the cross and to make us FREE of our sins.
When Abraham was seventy-five years old, God spoke to him and said:
"Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who curses you I will curse; and by you all the families of the earth shall bless them selves". (Genesis 12:1-3).
Today Palestinians and the whole Arab world would like to take the Land promised to Israel and Abraham and they forget that even in such thoughts they act against the God of Israel. Because God Himself swore to give the Promised Land to Jews. God saved Jews from their slavery of Egypt and He led them to the Promised Land to conquer this land and kill all wicked nations who worshipped idols and made sacrifices of their children to the false gods. The Quran said that Israel should live eternally in the Promised Land/the Holy Land.
The Quran confirms that God gave this great promise to Abraham that he would be the father of many nations:
"Lo: I have appointed thee a leader for mankind". (Surah 2.124).
As Abraham left his country Iraq. He lived in the land Ur - in modern day Iraq and was travelling through the land of Canaan (subsequently known as Palestine and Israel), God again spoke to him and said "To your descendants I will give this land" (Genesis 12:7). Later, when Abraham again came to the land of Canaan, God spoke to him and said:
"Lift up your eyes, and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward; for all the land which you see I will give to you and your descendants for ever. I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth; so that if one can count the dust of the earth, your descendants also can be counted". (Genesis 13.14-16).
Abraham must have marvelled at these awesome promises. His nephew Lot had parted from him and his only heir at the time was a slave named Eliezer of Damascus. Therefore, when God spoke to him again, Abraham said:
"'0 Lord God, what wilt thou give me, for I continue childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus? Behold, thou hast given me no offspring; and a slave born in my house will be my heir. " (Genesis 15.2-3).
Immediately, however, God answered him and spoke these comforting words to him:
"This man shall not be your heir, your own son shall be your heir". (Genesis 15.4).
After giving him the tidings that he would have a son, God made him come out of his house and said:
"Look toward heaven, and number the stars, if you are able to number them".
As Abraham stared in awe at the myriads of stars above him on a clear night, God said to him: "So shall your descendants be". (Genesis 15.5).
Now Abraham knew that it was not naturally possible for him to have a son because his wife Sarah was barren.
"Abraham is the father of us all, as it is written, 'I have made you the father of many nations' - in the presence of the God in whom he believed, who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist. In hope he believed against hope, that he should become the father of many nations; as he had been told 'So shall your descendants be'. He did not weaken in faith when he considered his own body, which was as good as dead because he was about a hundred years old, or when he considered the barrenness of Sarah's womb. No distrust made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised. That is why his faith was 'reckoned to him as righteousness'." (Romans 4.16-22).
THE REJECTION OF ISHMAEL:
Ten years after God had first given his great promises to Abraham, his wife Sarah complained to him of her barrenness. So Sarah suggested to him that he should bear offspring through her Egyptian maid Hagar. (Genesis 16.2). The wife of Abraham Sarah bore a son Isaac and her maid Hagar a son Ishmael.
The Quran confirms that no tidings of the birth of Ishmael were given to Abraham but that Isaac alone was the son who was promised to him. The promise of the birth of Isaac is recorded in the Quran in these words: "And we gave him tidings of the birth of Isaac, a Prophet of the righteous". (Surah 37.112).
The Quran says nothing of any tidings being given about the birth of Ishmael but whenever it does speak of such tidings it always refers to Isaac or specifically names him as the son who was promised (See also Surah 11.71) as well where Isaac is again named as the promised son).
The Bible says of Ishmael's treatment of Isaac:
"He who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit". (Galatians 4.29).
So, Ishmael started to persecute Isaac.
And Sarah asked Abraham:
"Cast out this slave woman with her son; for the son of this slave woman shall not be heir with my son Isaac". (Genesis 21.10).
THE COMMAND TO SACRIFICE:
After living for some time in the land of the Philistines, Abraham heard again the voice of God calling him by name Abraham. (Genesis 22.1). Immediately he responded Here am I.
God immediately said to him:
Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah,
and offer him there as a burnt offering upon one of the mountains of which I shall tell you. (Genesis 22.2).
What a command this was!
Is God a killer to order to kill his small son?
But he heard His powerful voice and no doubt this voice was of a Supreme Being.
The most powerful voice he had ever heard.
Strange. It was the command to sacrifice Isaac his son.
The Quran confirms that:
"My Lord! Vouchsafe me of the righteous. So We gave him tidings of a gentle son. And when his son was old enough to walk with him, Abraham said: 0 my dear son, I have seen in a dream that I must sacrifice thee". (Surah 37.100-102).
It is quite obvious that the son who was to be sacrificed was the same son whose birth was foretold. We have seen from other passages in the Quran that the birth of Isaac alone was foretold to Abraham and it is clearly this son Isaac who was to be offered up.
"And We gave him tidings of the birth of Isaac, a Prophet of the righteous. And We blessed him and Isaac". (Surah 37.112-113).
Ishmael is mentioned elsewhere in the Quran by name (particularly in the passage about the construction of the Ka'aba where he is named as Abraham's helper - Surah 2.125) but is nowhere mentioned in this passage about the sacrifice wherein Isaac is expressly mentioned twice by name. Remember that Muslims!
Is God a killer to order to kill his small son?
How could Abraham reconcile this command of killing with his belief that God was absolutely moral and holy?
God can only do what is morally and properly right is a restriction on his power to do anything he chooses. But killing is against the nature of God.
Because the nature/essence of God is LOVE.
God was testing the faith of the first believer in Him, Abraham.
Abraham was required to prove that his love for God by giving up that which was dearest to his heart - his son Isaac. God did not require his possessions, goods or material wealth - he required that which Abraham could neither replace nor substitute, something of his very own being, his only son. Because he, as a true father, loved his son so much, it must have been a heart-breaking ordeal to part with him.
How should Abraham act in the light of God's promise that he would have descendants as many as the stars in the sky?! How could God fulfill His promise if Abrahams son was to die and be cremated on the Altar before he could bear any offspring and descendants?
He was destined to resolve this whole matter in a way of obedience to God.
May be Abraham did not realize anymore what is right or what is bad.
He knew only that God is right.
Thats why he took his knife to cut the throat of his son.
The same way Muslims today did not realize that God forbids any killing.
However, they take their knifes and shed innocent blood of people in their Jihad.
They kill people because they believe that God commanded them to kill.
These killers are in the Taliban, in Pakistan, in India, in Saudi Arabia. They are sheikhs and Muslim leaders, clerics, imams and Muftis who are spreading their political teachings to win the hearts of people and kill people by the hands of other people.
They do it because they believe that God kills people. They believe that their god called them to kill people. They fight in Palestine against Jews, the descendants of Isaac to take their land given to Jews by God.
What appears to be morally questionable must in some way be morally excellent -and we all have to find out what that excellence is.
Killing of brothers Jews could not be excellent.
Cutting their throats could not be excellent.
Exploding their bodies could not be excellent.
Taking their land given them by God could not be excellent.
What could be excellent in this case?
Peace and love of brothers.
Because God is Peace and Love.
So, Abraham concluded that if God could create Isaac out of nothing, he could also raise him from the ashes after he was sacrificed as a burnt offering. Abraham believed in God who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist (Romans 4. 17). (The Quran confirms, in Surah 2.260, his faith that God could give life to the dead).
"By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and he who had received the promises was ready to offer up his only son, of whom it was said. 'Through Isaac shall your descendants be named'. He considered that God was able to raise men even from the dead; hence, figuratively speaking, he did receive him back". (Hebrews 11.17-19).
Before the death, Isaac asked him where the sacrifice was, Abraham answered him with joy in his heart:
"God will provide himself the lamb for a burnt offering, my son". (Genesis 22.8).
Look what happened:
And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.
But the Angel of the LORD called to him from heaven and said, Abraham, Abraham!
So he said, Here I am.
And He said, Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.
Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. And Abraham called the name of the place, The-LORD-Will-Provide;
as it is said to this day, In the Mount of the LORD it shall be provided.
Then the Angel of the LORD called to Abraham a second time out of heaven, and said:
By Myself I have sworn, says the LORD, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore;
and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies.
In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice. So Abraham returned to his young men, and they rose and went together to Beersheba; and Abraham dwelt at Beersheba. Genesis 22:10-19
One child could be killed.
But what about millions of Arabs who flow down to the hell daily?!!!
The flow of their souls to the hell does not stop day and night.
God saved one child offering a Ram instead of him.
But who would save other children?
Other Arabs?
Their mothers?
Jews and other nations?
The same God who saved Isaac offered us salvation.
"In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him". (1 John 4.9).
God ordered Abraham to kill animals as his forefathers did as propitiation for sins.
If people sinned, their sins could be forgiven if they asked God to forgive them and offered Him offerings and burnt offerings. Gods law is: The punishment for sin is death. Thats why people killed animals instead of themselves to get forgiveness of God.
What greater sacrifice could a man make for God than to give his own son for him?
What greater sacrifice could our God make for us than to give us His own Son?
He sent us His Son to lead us into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Unbelievers killed the body of the Son of God.
But the Son of God is God and He willingly accepted death and the sin of the world on the cross to make us FREE of our sins.
Like a Sheep He suffered instead of us and shed His blood like you see it during the days of the Eid al-Adha.
And this prophecy about Him, said by God 2000 years before the existence of Islam, was fulfilled in the life and death of Jesus:
Isaiah 53
1 Who has believed our report?
And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant,
And as a root out of dry ground.
He has no form or comeliness;
And when we see Him,
There is no beauty that we should desire Him.
3 He is despised and rejected by men,
A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him;
He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.
4 Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted,
Yet He opened not His mouth;
He was led as a lamb to the slaughter,
And as a sheep before its shearers is silent,
So He opened not His mouth.
8 He was taken from prison and from judgment,
And who will declare His generation?
For He was cut off from the land of the living;
For the transgressions of My people He was stricken.
9 And they made His grave with the wicked
But with the rich at His death,
Because He had done no violence,
Nor was any deceit in His mouth.
10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise Him;
He has put Him to grief.
When You make His soul an offering for sin,
He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days,
And the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand.
11 He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied.
By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many,
For He shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great,
And He shall divide the spoil with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto death,
And He was numbered with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the transgressors.
"He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, will he not also give us all things with him?" (Romans 8.32).
"In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the expiation for our sins". (1 John 4.10).
Jesus is called the Lamb of God and this name is referring to Him as the perfect and ultimate sacrifice for sin. By this perfect sacrifice God provided the atonement for the sins of His people.
If you want to be saved of all your sins, then accept this gift of salvation through your FAITH in the Son of God. Repent of your sins and believe in the Son of God.
Then you will know that, according to this verse below, God saved you from the hell and your sins:
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the transgressors.
Isaiah 53:12
God gave you this promise 2,000 years before the existence of Islam.
Through your FAITH, you will be FREE.
Look at the Lamb of God/Jesus:
Revelation 5
The Lamb Takes the Scroll
1 And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. 2 Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals? 3 And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it.
4 So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it. 5 But one of the elders said to me, Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and to loose its seven seals.
6 And I looked, and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. 7 Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.
Worthy Is the Lamb
8 Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. 9 And they sang a new song, saying:
 You are worthy to take the scroll,
And to open its seals;
For You were slain,
And have redeemed us to God by Your blood
Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
10 And have made us kings and priests to our God;
And we shall reign on the earth.
11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands, 12 saying with a loud voice:
 Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
To receive power and riches and wisdom,
And strength and honor and glory and blessing!
13 And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:
 Blessing and honor and glory and power
Be to Him who sits on the throne,
And to the Lamb, forever and ever!
14 Then the four living creatures said, Amen! And the twenty-four elders fell down and worshiped Him who lives forever and ever.
The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast (the Anti-Christ).
These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.
These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them,
for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.
Revelation 17:12-14
Brothers, you celebrate today the day Eid al-Adha, commemorating the lamb of God, killed instead of a son of Abraham. The Lamb of God was killed instead of you too to give you eternal life and make you kings and priests to your God.
This is the faith of our father Abraham and this is our genuine faith in the God of our father Abraham.
Genesis 22
Abrahams Faith Confirmed
1 Now it came to pass after these things that God tested Abraham, and said to him, Abraham!
And he said, Here I am.
2 Then He said, Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.
3 So Abraham rose early in the morning and saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son; and he split the wood for the burnt offering, and arose and went to the place of which God had told him. 4 Then on the third day Abraham lifted his eyes and saw the place afar off. 5 And Abraham said to his young men, Stay here with the donkey; the lad[a] and I will go yonder and worship, and we will come back to you.
6 So Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering and laid it on Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife, and the two of them went together. 7 But Isaac spoke to Abraham his father and said, My father!
And he said, Here I am, my son.
Then he said, Look, the fire and the wood, but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?
8 And Abraham said, My son, God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering. So the two of them went together.
9 Then they came to the place of which God had told him. And Abraham built an altar there and placed the wood in order; and he bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar, upon the wood. 10 And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.
11 But the Angel of the LORD called to him from heaven and said, Abraham, Abraham!
So he said, Here I am.
12 And He said, Do not lay your hand on the lad, or do anything to him; for now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.
13 Then Abraham lifted his eyes and looked, and there behind him was a ram caught in a thicket by its horns. So Abraham went and took the ram, and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. 14 And Abraham called the name of the place, The-LORD-Will-Provide;[b] as it is said to this day, In the Mount of the LORD it shall be provided.
15 Then the Angel of the LORD called to Abraham a second time out of heaven, 16 and said: By Myself I have sworn, says the LORD, because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only son 17 blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. 18 In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice. 19 So Abraham returned to his young men, and they rose and went together to Beersheba; and Abraham dwelt at Beersheba.
The Family of Nahor
20 Now it came to pass after these things that it was told Abraham, saying, Indeed Milcah also has borne children to your brother Nahor: 21 Huz his firstborn, Buz his brother, Kemuel the father of Aram, 22 Chesed, Hazo, Pildash, Jidlaph, and Bethuel. 23 And Bethuel begot Rebekah.[c] These eight Milcah bore to Nahor, Abrahams brother. 24 His concubine, whose name was Reumah, also bore Tebah, Gaham, Thahash, and Maachah.
