As we have the Calvinist outburst on this forum if one has not understood their doctrine yet, you can see a picture in the afore mention scripture. In essence they alter scripture scripture to fit their doctrine, refusing to believe scripture as it is written and specifically if it expose their false doctrine. The word of God is incorruptible, but they corrupt it by putting their meaning to it and ignoring the biblical patterns to any bible topic. The corrupted seed will not produce a harvest, it can not produce a harvest for it is a spiritual law every seed produces after it's own kind. For instance they say fallen man is totally depraved and this is equivalent to total inability thus fallen man can not respond to the gospel. thus the Holy Spirit must regenerate the elect of God, because of irresistible grace and then they will believe. This lie totally denies the principle of faith and the inherent power in the word of God to change man's circumstances. Calvinism can not reproduce, they have no gospel, in denying the Gospel as written, and rewriting for their own benefit. The word of God is full capable of producing it's harvest in the heart of man, no matter his spiritual condition. Man's responsibility is to believe just as Jesus has told man to do it is his choice, and the results of his life will be in the balance of his choices. No Corrupted Seed can reproduce for it is dead. No man Can worship God as taught in the word following the doctrines of men. Post Reply

IF THE SPIRIT DRAWS THEM THEY CAN RESPOND, THEY MOST DEFINATLY CAN CHOOSE THE RIGHT ROAD THE PATH OF SALVATION THE BLOOD OF JESUS, THE CROSS but not until the spirit draws him that is something we all agree on the only disagreement is weather or not God will draw everyman allthoug there was scripture ear;ier that proved Jesus said he will draw ALL MEN unto him.. and thats in context as it comes Post Reply

I am to share the gospel at all times. Live a life according to God's word. He does the calling, the justifying, sanctifying, the glorifying. Post Reply

Posted : 7 Nov, 2011 08:23 PM Donna I think I agree with you, I know I do not agree with James, I know the spirit calls us because I have felt that call, so if james is right then that means I am garaunteed heaven, because he says the spirit only calls the elect and the elect will for sure make it, Oh how I wish that were true because then I would know for sure in the furture I would not back slide as I did once before a very long time ago, Because if the spirit calls someone and then that person does not make it to heaven then that menas the spirit called someone who was not the elect and that wouldnt go along with what James is saying, I do see your humility in not knowing who he calls, I dont know who or when or why, all I do know is at some point he will give everyone a chance he will call them it is their choice if the heed his call and turn from their sins Post Reply

God will never leave you or forsake you. He is a longsuffering, faithful, meciful father. Only believe. Read and pray he will draw you closer to himself and teach you more and more of himself.
