God sends His Holy Spirit and makes a totally spiritually dead man, come alive spiritually, and THEN the man can "see" and "enter" the Kingdom of God. First Ask forgiveness of our sins, Repent and turn from your ways to serve the Lord. The Spirit of Christ does not twist the Scriptues as you do. :angel: Post Reply

Eph 2:8 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God" The means of that saving grace is faith. That is the vehicle God uses to give us His grace. How do we get that faith so we can receive His grace? "It is the gift of God"(Eph 2:8) The Father lovingly gives us our faith or our ability to believe. Why? So it's "not as a result of works, that no one should boast."(Eph 2:9) God deservingly receives His full glory. Blessings Post Reply

However, Faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ ; that he died on the Cross for all our sins. We l have to except Jesus as our personal savior by FAITH. Post Reply

Rom 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Rom 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Romans 4:4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. Posted : 10 Nov, 2011 08:33 PM Faith is not a gift, and it is never called a gift in scripture. The parable of the sower shows the process of faith: Three essentials componets of faith are: Hearing, and this hearing is of the heart not the natural ear, by the word of God. Believing and this again is a choice man makes or will not make. The final componet of faith is man's corresponding action, according to scripture. Concerning being born again the action is saying one believe's in Jesus, and say's it with their mouth. Faith is complete when man's speaks his faith and then is born again by the word of God, and the process is completed by the Holy Spirit creating a new Spirit in man, that is the grace of God, when The Holy Spirit manifest the power or ability of God. Then why do most people reject Jesus? There are no scripture that says that God gives faith to every man. Jesus said that " Many are called but few are chosen" What do you think Jesus meant by that? Posted : 10 Nov, 2011 08:38 PM PJ I love you brother but it does say that God has dealt every man a measure of faith, faith is not something we can muster up with in our selfs, I really hate to disagree with you on that one, but this is one place that the others are right, we have no power to come up with faith all our own God gave us a measure of faith, just enough so that we believe enough to repeant, then as we grow in Christ he helps us and builds our faith by teaching us we can trust him, most definatly, romans 12:3 for I say through the grace given unto me to every man that is among you,not to think of himself more highly than he ought tpo think, but to think soberly ,according as God hath dealt to every man a measure of faith Post Reply
