I am amazed at what is being purported as faith, and while some on here are going to come after me, saying, "Why don't you have a photograph posted", this is a total lack of faith.
PJ, with your three duplicated posts on "what is the gift of faith about?", it is certainly not found in trying to discren with the eyeballs.
We are back to the "eye candy" game that most are playing, trying to figure out, what the Word of God says can never be figured out by the reason and logic of men.
Most on here are seeking wealth or substance in another, which they, if it can be found, you know..the whole package, nice attractive body, handsome or goodlooking, nice hygiene [at least for their photos], and maybe a scattering of mammon such as a car, truck, and oh yes, that motorcycle, then declare "THIS - HALLELUJAH - IS THE WILL OF GOD!"
Then later, when the storms of life, which is what put most of you on here as divorced, come, it turns into the old "HEY, GOD....I MADE A MISTAKE"..."he/she tricked me, game..
Are you seeking to please your eyes? Is that why your profile reads, "If you do not have a photo, please do not contact me!"...?
Are you proclaiming the lusts of the eyes, as "walking by faith"?
It is astonishing to see so many of these deep Christians running around pretending that their seeking to satisy the lusts of their flesh, is about faith or love for God.
"For everything in the world--the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does--comes not from the Father but from the world." [I John 2:16]
What wickedness is this being passed off as genuine faith?

I will not post a picture for that very reason [it is a lack of faith], and we also must bear in mind that when we give our personal data out over the internet, it is being collected, repackaged and sold to marketing firms and data farms that sift through it and compile a file on you, so you can be converted into capital. As a rule, I do not place private data online. It is not wise to deal with this Luciferian system, at all, if one can help it.

@wiswman, I do see your poimt, the problem is on not having a picture, well for me personaly I am not interested in anyone who isnt white, oh yes I know i am racisit right? wrong! I aam not my best girl friend is black and I have another very close black girl friend I just am not atrected to and choose not to go out with anyone who isnt white I have my own reasons and they are my buisness, if there is a picture it keeps us from having the uncomfortable, what color are you? I dont date men of color conversation. not to mention I have faith in God its man I dont trust, I am sorry I just want to see who I am talking to if someone isnt willing to post a picture makes me think they have someyhing to hide, call me what you want I dont care, I know what I am

I am on this Christian dating site to hopefully meet a nice Christian gentleman of Faith. I do want to see his Photo on here. Not interested in Men who do not post a Photo.
:laugh: There is a note posted on most Christian sites to upload your photo you get more responses.
Sometimes the photo is out dated for some men but at least I get to see a bit of what they look like or use to look like. :laugh:
Faith is about trusting in Christ as our personal savior, doesnt mean we a wrong for wanting some Man to post a photo or Do Not contact me.
Some of us on not on here Just to post on these forums.:goofball:

It is amazing how PJ thinks that faith which brings grace to the life of a believer, is not synonymous having been formed of a dichotomy.
There is nothing in the kingdom of God that is not appropriated by faith.
FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN!
It is FAITH that delivers GRACE to the Child of God, and GRACE that enabled the FAITH to be accomplished.
GRACE has no power without FAITH..
FAITH is not applicable without GRACE
Faith is THE POWER OF GOD!
Grace is the Love that enables that POWER to effect a believer.
So once again, you are wrong, PJ..
"For by grace are ye saved
through faith; and that not of
yourselves: [it is] the gift of
God: Not of works, lest any man
should boast." [Eph 2:8-8]
Grace is admininstered by the Holy Spirit, by Faith, and together they are the gift of Mercy.
Now you know that MERCY is the result of the dichotomy of FAITH + GRACE.
You cannot have MERCY without FAITH and GRACE being combined.
And it is only Administered to the Saints, aka the elect which were foreordained to receive it:
"For we [the elect] are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before [the foundation of the world] ordained that we should walk in them." [Eph 2:10]

You cannot have MERCY without FAITH and GRACE being combined.
