It is amazing how PJ thinks that faith which brings grace to the life of a believer, is not synonymous having been formed of a dichotomy.
There is nothing in the kingdom of God that is not appropriated by faith.
FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN!
It is FAITH that delivers GRACE to the Child of God, and GRACE that enabled the FAITH to be accomplished.
GRACE has no power without FAITH..
FAITH is not applicable without GRACE
Faith is THE POWER OF GOD!
Grace is the Love that enables that POWER to effect a believer.
So once again, you are wrong, PJ..
"For by grace are ye saved
through faith; and that not of
yourselves: [it is] the gift of
God: Not of works, lest any man
should boast." [Eph 2:8-8]
Grace is admininstered by the Holy Spirit, by Faith, and together they are the gift of Mercy.
Now you know that MERCY is the result of the dichotomy of FAITH + GRACE.
You cannot have MERCY without FAITH and GRACE being combined.
And it is only Administered to the Saints, aka the elect which were foreordained to receive it:
"For we [the elect] are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before [the foundation of the world] ordained that we should walk in them." [Eph 2:10]

Faith does not come by thinking, faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God with the Heart (spirit).
Then man believes with his heart, his choice to believe or not to believe.
The final component of the process of faith is an action on the part of man.
Thinking as you stated is of the mind and the mind is not man's spirit, but the part of man that is involved with the intellectual realm,
This following part I agree with:

Grace is the power of God that is appropriated by man's faith, the power of god is in the believer's heart by The person of The Holy Spirit, The Christ within The anopinted one and his anointing.

Your error not mine but the good news is you can correct it.
According to you they where Judged by not having the gift.
The sentence tell us their faith was their responsibility, that would have been evident by doing what they heard.

Boasting includes your arrogance. Notice that it states, "NOT LEST ANY MAN SHOULD BOAST"
This is exactly what you are doing right now.
Do you actually think that you are the Almighty's Equal, that you can grapple with His Unfathomable Mind and Intellect?
Isn't that what "comprehending such a responsibility" infers?
How arrogant is it for one that cannot put the wing back on a fly, or keep the tiniest blood clot from clogging the smallest artery, to to think that he is somehow knowledgeable enough to comprehend a responsibility involving the ineffible mysteries of salvation, time, and eternity?
How could you meet this responsibility when you were in your mother's womb, and did not see that responsibility or comprehend it; and when you did not even know how to spell the word "I"?
In the managing of the Creation and the Creatures, the Creator sometimes takes some in the womb, some one minute out of it, still others two days, two weeks, or two years.
What if He called on you then, in your mother's womb, as He does on some every day somewhere in the world, when you were void of any meaningful intelligence and had no understanding?
How could you defend yourself in that moment, that weakness, had He called upon you to "account for that responsibility"..?
How wise do you truly think such a supposition is?
What kind of Being do you think Him to be?
There is no wisdom in your premise, so it is impossible that it would be associated with the Ancient of Days, Who upholds all things by His Amazing Endless and totally Incomprehensible Abilities?

Wow !!! wiseman...talk about a Down Troddin...Slap Down...Smack up side the head :boxing:...Approach to Prove a Point of how Intelligently Supierior in Wisdom & Knowledge :dunce: you are to PJ or Anyone else here for that matter...Reminds me of MR WORLDY WISEMAN in Mr Bunyans book Pilgrims Progress...its a really awesome book...you should read it some time...its a very In-Lightening book...:purpleangel:..xo
