Heb 4:7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts. Do you have a ear to hear, or do you harden your heart to the voice of his Word. Do you have a fit of carnality when you hear truth that goes crossgrain of your tradition's The answer is simple, realize the fault and make a quality decision to change your approach to the word of God, yield yourself to the truth and it will change you. Posted : 11 Nov, 2011 08:20 PM @ PJ until people lay down their highminded pride they will not ever try to look at the word a different way, I would almost half way try to see where the reformers are coming from, but their mean nasty finger pointing, I know more than you I am saved and your not attitudes and the nasty things they say makes me know they are decieved because whether they think they do or not they do not have the fruit of the spirit,I do have the fruit of the spirit I have joy and peace and I dont say hurtful things cutting people down al lthe time, I am so angry right now at all the name calling on here, Why am I angry ?? because these peole are claiming my Jesus and them they act mean to people and Jesus shouldnt be brought to the world like that, I wonder how they act on their jobs, or toward their famlilies. Hey I wonder how they respond at mcdonalds when they get the order wrong... yeah thats one thing I noticed in myself I used o be short tempoerd and rude in the drive through, but I never snap off or act stuck up to anyone now, but if some people talk to you they way they do and your just saying what you believe then I wonder how they act if their frys are cold ot their big mac was suposed to be a quater pounder!!! I have given scripture after scripture and he denies God's inerrant, infallible inspired word. There is no talking to him with his arrogant one liners. I you wish, I can SHOW you that PJ's main function on this group has been almost completely NEGATIVE comments on other people's post, and saying that they are "of Satan", etc. PJ has actually improved a BIT, because he used to just post bizarre comments that had NOTHING TO DO with whatever was being discussed. MY comments to him, over a long period of time has cause him to actually become a bit better! I would STILL disagree with Pentecostal theology and STILL call it lousy theology, and my beliefs would still be the same, but you can't pretend you are getting how we feel, and would behave toward you or anyone else in real life, because of words we typed on a keyboard. Peoples personalities do not really show up accurately with just words typed on a discussion group. You have to meet in person for that. For instance I belong to a small non-denominational reformed church in the St.Louis area. We emphasize three things at my church: 1. systematic teaching of the whole Bible 2.Reformed theology 3. A caring church family Now, the first two I can show you with words typed on a discussion group. But the third one, I can't really show you. But that being said, it is the way we live! So, please don't judge me by just words on a discussion group. We can know what each of us believe, but we can NOT really know how we live our lives day to day. In Christ, James Post Reply

It is a act of pride that denies the word of God, not willing to humble oneself Yes a Christian can tell you how you live, for Jesus the word told us we could. What comes out of anyone's mouth in aboundance is who they are. You, James can not stand me, because of my stand against the false doctrine of Calvinism. Then it is said that I, for instance hate all calvinist, there could nothing be further from the truth, but I do hate the pride, the lies of that theology, I hate what it has done to you, I hate all that It will cause to stumble, and miss heaven, for you can not give get life out of death, (sin). James no one can be born again from That doctrine as taught on this forum. Now having said that In normal circumstances I would never address any tag man has put on the word of God, for all it ever does is cause strife, the exception would be if I was propmted by the Holy Spirit to say something. My motive on this forum is because simply put it is openly promoted as the truth, and those that are in the truth are told to mark those that proclaim another doctrine. The lord deserves equal time that the innocent might Chose him as is his greatest desire. As always i am a man that endeavors to proclaim him, as I humble myself to his truth, to do otherwords would be nothing but pride. Post Reply

Posted : 13 Nov, 2011 11:05 AM @ James, I dont know I cant remember so much what you said, it is donna that is continualy calling PJ names and I just dont like that I think its very mean to call someone who proclaims Jesus and says they love the Lord a God hater, heritic, and so on, she has no Idea whether PJ or me pr anyone else hates God or his word unless they say they do, as long as he is saying he does I accept that, I accept that you do, but I dont like what your church teaches because I believe Jesus died so everyone could live.. COULD not WILL.. thats all its sad the name calling and meanness and I dont like it, now if PJ has done things in the past and doesnt do them now then we as christians have the obligation to forgive him and not keep on treating him like he just did it, if you cant forgive something and let go that again is the works of the flesh Post Reply
