Your search should begin with prayer and reliance upon God. Practically speaking, there are things you can look for to know if a church is health and effective.

Does the church teach that the bible is the inerrant Word of God? Does the church teach that Jesus Christ is not only the son of God, but that He is God? Does the church teach that the Holy spirit placed Him(Jesus) in the womb of the Virgin Mary? Does the church teach that Jesus fully conquered death and rose on the third day? Does the church teach that Jesus is going to return? Does the chruch teach that there is a time for each person to stand before almighty God and give an account? Does the church teach that Christ's judgement will result in different eternal destinations for people, Heaven or Hell? Does the church teach that Jesus Christ, went to the cross and died a sacrificial, atoning death, and that His sacrifice is the Only way to be Saved?



A church should strengthen your relationship with God, and help you understand the Bible scriptures for living. It should also provide avenues through which you can serve.



A church should be concerned about people around the world who have never heard the gospel. It should make an impace in its community, as well as globablly.



A Church I can call Home.
