Without exception all of us experience temptation and trials in life. At some point all of us will fail. But those who know the Lord Jesus can rest secure in His forgiveness as we confess our Sins and Repent. We can experience conviction instead of condemnation, and hope instead of despair.

19) Repent ye therefore, and be Coverted, that your Sins may be Blotted out, when the times of Refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

Acts 3 kjv

NOTE: Repentence is a change of Mind and Will arising from sorrow for sin and leading to Transformaton of life.

Turn for Sin, and Faith in turning to God.

Here's aBeautiful Hymn sung by Al Green.. fits your topic..

Yield not to temptation, for yielding is sin; Each victory will help you or some others to win

Fight manfully onward, dark passions subdue, Look ever to Jesus and He'll carry you through

Just ask the Savior to help you; To comfort, strengthen and keep you, He is willing to aid you, Jesus He will carry you through.

Shun evil companions, bad language disdain, God's name hold in reverence, don't take it in vain. Be thoughtful and honest, kindhearted and true, Look ever to Jesus, He'll carry you through

Oh, ask the Savior to help you; To comfort, strengthen and keep you, Oh, He is willing to aid you, Jesus, He will carry you through

I wanna just ask the Savior to help you, To comfort, strengthen and keep you, He is willing to aid you, He will carry you through

Send "Yield Not To Temptation" to your cell

Ella

Thanks for sharing, I remember that Song. I really like it, use to sing it with my Parents at church, when I was 8 yrs. Old.

I went to a Baptist Church in my home town back then.

Praise God he made a way that we do not have to Live in

Sin.
