Galatians 5:22 "But the fruits of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control, these are Chrislike Characters

Are we exercising these Characters in our answers to other members answers or are we here to show how much we know, which is nothing, without operating within these perimeters.

We will catch more flies with honey than salt.

What do you say?

My observation on this forum has not being all positive, because I have made mistakes that I have apologized for, but I know I am not perfect, but I have prayed for the Spirit of God to help and guide me to be more loving and caring, patient, tolerant and give me the wisdom to be what He wants me to be in my response to others question. Pray for me, I will be praying for you. Blessings to all on the forum.

UHHG mine isnt, and sometimes I still struggle with a little thing called reaction, I react to people and george was right on the other thread I am an emotional person very much so, and sometims I get fighting mad, good thing God is still working on me and doesnt just cast me out like some would!

I have come a long way with his help as I at least dont break tings anymore when I get mad, way before I got saved OI once broke every single dish in the house and the cofee table too! Thats been a long tim,e ago!

However when measuring someone or measuring ourselfs we should only use Christ as the measure, and I think thats one reason why! Compared to some women I am a high strung emotional basket case who has truoble controling her mouth and temper (not cuss words I dont say cuss words even when I am mad anymore) but Yall dont know that I busted out my ex husbands living room window when I was about 22 years old becaeu he told me he wsnt my baby sitter, yeah I had a reason to be upset, he was he Daddy not her baby sitter however I shouldnt have busted his window out however much I believed he desreved that and worse I am only responsible for how I behave! I wouldnt do anything like that now I am not perfect I still get upset and speak to harshly and too much with too much emotion but I am not busting out windows! So am I where some are or where I should be? no but in comparison I am a world and a half batter than I was and this forum gets me more emotional than anyting else as I dont disagree with the people I associte with in my life I pick my friends they are all like minded and not just christians but most of them go to my church or one that believes as the church I attend! So nothing to argue about!
