THE DIFFERENCE:

GRACE: We get what we don't deserve.

Ephesians; 2:8 "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of of yourselves, it is the gift of God.

MERCY: We don't get what we deserve.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life?.

Mercy is more of an act, action of God

Grace is typically the ability, power of God, you will see many different manifestation's of the grace of God thru out the New Testament.
