Jhn 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Do you think that everyone that is, is God's Child? Jesus, didn't think so. Jhn 8:41 "You do the deeds of your father." Then they said to Him, "We were not born of fornication; we have one Father--God." Jhn 8:42 Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. Jhn 8:43 "Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. Jhn 8:44 "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. View Profile History	Why do you not understand My speech? Posted : 27 Jan, 2012 09:39 AM Jesus is speaking to " Unbelievers " in Him that cannot or maybe :rolleyes: will not hear His Word... Jhn 8:43~ "Why do ye not understand my speech? [even] because ye cannot hear my word." *** Notice the Second half of the scripture is the Answer to His (Jesus*) question and Why they cannot hear His Word...follows in the Next verse... Jhn 8:44~ Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. 45~ And because I tell [you] the truth, ye believe me not. xo Post Reply
