How many times have YOU denied Jesus before the roster crowed three time?... and how many times have you broken down and bitterly wept in repentance for denying the Lord Jesus Christ and for not speaking the truth about your salvation?
Do your co-worker know you are a born again Christian?... or do you deny this by keeping silent when the name of the Lord comes up, or do they even know that you are a born again Christian?
Do you defend the faith of your salvation and speak the gospel to the lost in your family, or among your friends, or do you deny the truth about the Lord Jesus and the gospel of God's Word, afaraid to tell them that thier eternal life is at stake?
Mark 14: 66 While Peter was below in the courtyard, one of the servant girls of the high priest came by. When she saw Peter warming himself, she looked closely at him. �You also were with that Nazarene, Jesus,� she said. But he denied it. �I don�t know or understand what you�re talking about,� he said, and went out into the entryway.
69 When the servant girl saw him there, she said again to those standing around, �This fellow is one of them.� Again he denied it. After a little while, those standing near said to Peter, �Surely you are one of them, for you are a Galilean.� He began to call down curses, and he swore to them, �I don�t know this man you�re talking about.� Immediately the rooster crowed the second time.
Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken to him: �Before the rooster crows twice you will disown me three times.� And he broke down and wept.

Everyone I work with knows I am a born again Christian, they dont even say bad words around me, most of them dont there was one girl that worked for a little while that said the f word alot but i never scolded he about it!
They know that I attend church and pray for them all they ask me to pray for them sometimes
thats not to say that I havent at some point denied Him, I cant think of any time but that means nothing because we arent quick to see our own mistakes, and sometimes we do things we denie it because we arent even aware of it till the holy spirit brings it to our attention!
AND GEORGE Ella was not accusing merely drawing attention to the fact that some do this and trying to give us something to think about, I dont think she was being ugly at all, I think she was including herself and just trying to make us think about the way we behave and the things we say and the things we keep secret!
But I personaly cant think of a time right off hand but I am sure I have, but never at work thats one place I keep it real and I work in a grocery store I have contact with a lot of people unsaved people I do my best to be a light, a shinening example so my life can be a testimon for Christ at work especialy cause I see so many people
Jesus is the word of God anytime we disobey the word we deny Christ, I do it and catch myself and repent. We are all God's work in progress, only Christ can perfect us.
PJ, Jude, Elisha, and Scott:applause:... you guys are truly walking in the light of God's word. :applause::glow: because as all of you have stated WE ALL HAVE AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER, AND WE CONTINUE AT ONE TME OR ANOTHER DENY CHIRST ANY TIME WE COMMIT A SIN, WHICH IS DISOBEDIENCE. Becasue we are not livign as we should and have been commanded to live according to God's holy Word.
If a believer cannot see him/herself in scripture as a picture of the men and women God has used in His word to show us who we are, and who we are not, then something is serious wrong with that person spiritual relationship with God, and that person has not been truly converted or convicted of the sins by the Word of God to repentance.
The problem is not that I have made any false accusation against the brothern or the sistern, the problem is, that what I have spoken sitrred up your corrupted unrepented heart with the truth.
So, George, point out your charge? I would that you please identify the accusation that you have fasely charge against me? which by falsely accusing me is a SIN WITHIN ITS SELF... which is denying the Lord, and the truth of His word bearing false witness against a person who has spoken the truth to you from God's word....
Now, this should be interesting to hear from you, George which one of these sins ARE YOU GUILTY OF PRACTICING AND YOU HAVE NOT REPENTED OF EVEN SO, HOW MANY TIME HAVE YOU... TODAY, DENIED CHRIST IN DISOBEDIENCE OF HIS WORD AS A BLEIEVER? Galatians 5:19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, lying, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who practice these things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
