Admin	Breaking Bread / Communion Posted : 4 Mar, 2012 05:19 PM I have been to a few places where they have Communion once a month. Some places have this every other week. Some have this every week. I have heard men calling themselves senior pastors, or pastors INVITNG Yeshua / Jesus to join them. I find that this is neither Biblical and belittles Messiah. For if Yeshua is the INVITED GUEST,then who is the host, The senior pastor, or pastor? Is this not USURPING the AUTHORITY,and POSITION of Messiah? The breaking of bread is the love feast instituted by Yeshua,which His people are to be doing in REMEMBERANCE of Him. This is to be done until He returns. Who then is the INVITED GUEST, Yeshua or the believers ? 1Co 11:20 Then you coming together into one place, it is not to eat the Lord's supper. 1Co 11:21 For each one takes his own supper first in the eating; and one is hungry, and another drunken. 1Co 11:22 For do you not have houses in which to eat and to drink? Or do you despise the assembly of God, and shame those who have not? What do I say to you? Shall I praise you for this? I do not praise. 1Co 11:23 For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which He was betrayed took bread; 1Co 11:24 and giving thanks, He broke and said, Take, eat; this is My body which is broken on behalf of you; this do in remembrance of Me. 1Co 11:25 In the same way the cup also, after supping, saying, This cup is the New Covenant in My blood; as often as you drink, do this in remembrance of Me. See Luke 22:19, 20 1Co 11:26 For as often as you may eat this bread, and drink this cup, you solemnly proclaim the death of the Lord, until He shall come. Shalom Post Reply

Mat 22:2 The kingdom of Heaven is compared to a man, a king, who made a wedding feast for his son. Mat 22:3 And he sent his slaves to call those being invited to the wedding feast, but they did not desire to come. Mat 22:4 Again, he sent other slaves, saying, Tell the ones invited, Behold, I have prepared my supper; my oxen, and the fatlings are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast. Mat 22:5 But not caring they went away, one to his own field, and one to his trading. Mat 22:6 And the rest, seizing his slaves, insulted and killed them. Mat 22:7 And hearing, the king became angry. And sending his armies, he destroyed those murderers and burned their city. Mat 22:8 Then he said to his slaves, Indeed, the wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy. Mat 22:9 Then go onto the exits of the highways and call to the wedding feast as many as you may find. View Profile History	Breaking Bread / Communion Posted : 6 Mar, 2012 08:49 AM Yup there are many Churches in the world today any many denominations that partake of the "Communion" in differant ways at differant times...whats most "Important" is to "Partake" of it...and not only "Claim" His death until He returns...also to Claim HIS "Ressurection"...for He LIVES...xo Post Reply
