Declarations of the word of God describing the Word of God
This is the best way to illustrate how a believer is fellowship with the word of God, (The Voice of God).
You will notice that some endeavor to put the emphasis on The Spirit of God in the New Covenant, but it has always been the rule to put the word of God first place in the life of the believer.
Pr 4:20 � My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Pr 4:21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
Pr 4:22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
Pr 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
Pr 4:24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.
Pr 4:25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
Pr 4:26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
Pr 4:27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.
When the believer is consistent with this practice the word of God will begin as a seed in the heart of man, until it sprouts and this is the beginning of faith for any topic, but the process is to be repeated again and again.
Then this happens:
Ps 119:130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
A heart that is not yet born again is illuminated by the word of God that is heard and believed.
The bible pattern was and still is that the spirit of God Always responds to the words of Gos spoken or acted upon in faith.
Notice that the bible says the word of God giveth light.
The Word of God is also called an incorruptible seed.
1Pe 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
The word is a seed that is alive and abideth for ever.
Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
The word of God is also stated to be water.
The word the seed of God is planted in the heart of man by his receiving the word of God and believing it, and when you continue to feed upon the same scriptures they bring light and then water and ultimately the seed sprouts. (faith)
Then we are reminded that faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
This why the enemy does all he can to discredit the word of God, thru what we know to be reasoning, logic any exercise involving the mind, in lieu of man's spirit, because all scripture is also full of faith as declared in the given scripture, but faith is of the heart not the mind, mental intellectual realm.
I fell into the trap of being lead by "the spirit" and was in deception. It is so important to stay in "the word" because that is how the Holy Spirit reveals things to us and we can be deceived by hearing from another spirit, not the Holy Spirit, which happened to me.
:applause:...Amen !!!...There are many spirits and many voices of articles proclaiming a "truth" that is not of God...No matter what anyone says or posts on these types of sites...its always best to take it to the "Word"...for thy "Word" is thy "Truth"...xo
