God is perfect in every way, and just because we don't know why God chose a person does NOT mean His choice is arbitrary. You don't know why God only made one moon for Earth, but you would never say his choice was "eeeny meeny miny moe" would you? In John 6 Jesus TEACHES in the clearest way possible that God, just like when He CHOSE the Jews among all the peoples of Earth, has also NOW CHOSEN people from all over the earth FOR HIMSELF. God is sovereign in ALL things and ALL of His creation. If you are trusting in Christ alone and you have repented from sin as a way of life, the ONLY reason you have done this is because FIRST the Holy Spirit came into you and MADE YOU A NEW CREATURE.
