Context has it's place in understanding bible truth, but it would never be proper to alter truth by claiming your context rule.
Error- Sin always has a justification for what it says, but man's justification will not change The Truth, The Word of God.
Facts about revelation truth, (the word of God) it never changes.
The Truth has no false hood in it, no partial truths.
Man can not walk in truth by reading, studying the word of God, man must always be a doer of all the counsel of God. Revelation and illumination will only come by meditating on the word of God, man can never discern, comprehend truth with his soul (mind, will and emotions)
Let's give an example of context not conditioning the truth, let us say the word of God gave us the location of heaven, it would not matter how many times it was mentioned, nor where it was mentioned, it would never change, and if it was declared in the word of God, it has been established as a fact, it would never change.
Ac 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
This scripture reveals to man which is in precept thru out the word of God, that God is not a respecter of person's, there is no partiality in him.
This statement is established by the father as it was spoken to the Holy spirit and revealed to Peter and thus he spoke it out.
1st peter 1:17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every mans work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
The word of God clearly establishes this fact about the Godhead thru the word of God.
Context has no ability to alter the word of God.
