I dont think your beliefs are hated, its just that some people do not understand them. Personally, there are only a few denominations I have a problem with and none of them are Messianic Judaism. And the only reason I have a problem with the other is because what is being taught goes against the scriptures in the OT and NT. They try to blend New Age thought and Christianity or they teach that you can perform a few rituals and God will send you alot of money.
You must remember that the process of Abba YaHUaH's (YHUH) eternal plan calls for you to be despised, as He is despised in this world.
The Word of Torah [being comprised of both Covenants] is designed to create diverse effects upon the hearers. Those with "an ear to hear", will be strengthened in their determination to obey, whereas others are pushed even farther away from the truth, manifesting their true nature, which is hatred:
"They went out from us, they were not of us, for if they had been of us, they no doubt would have continued with us, but they went out that they might be manifest that they were not all of us". [I Yohanan/John 2:19]
When Jesus/Yahusha came, He set up His kingdom, and now His winnowing fan is in His fan, and He thoroughly purging His threshing floor. That which is wheat and holy, is being drawn unto Him, as that which is profane [the chaff], is rejected:
"Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire." [Mattityahu/Matthew 3:12]
"IS IN HIS HAND" is present tense, not future tense.
You are being persecuted, because you are of the kingdom of Heaven. Notice that the verse does not state, "THEIRS WILL BE THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN".
This, the persecution you are experiencing, is your being pruned, and Abba is using the seed of darkness to assist in your being pruned:
"Blessed [are] they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is [present tense] the kingdom of heaven." [Mattityahu/Matthew 5:10]
Their hatred of you, is your reward, now in heaven, and is proof that you have been translated into the kingdom:
"Blessed are ye, when [men] shall revile you, and persecute [you], and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great [is] your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you." [Mattuayahu/Matthew 5:11-12]
"Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:" Colosians 1:13]
Jesus/Yahusha told the Pharisees, that if He was casting out devils by the Spirit of Elohim, that this was the proof that the Kingdom of Elohim had come:
"But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you." [Mattityahu/Matthew 28:12]
Satan's seed hates the kingdom of Elohim which is in you:
"Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." [Lukos/Luke 17:21]
It is not about Judaism or Christianity, who both teach that the kingdom of Elohim is to come in the future, when it is in His called-out ones now.
Our kingdom is here now, though men cannot comprehend it. The kingdom was to have gone to the Israelites [physical], but they rejected the Torah and ran after Babylon. Therefore the kingdom was taken away from them and given to the gentiles:
"Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof." [Mattityahu/Matthew 21:43]
We are that holy nation, that peculiar people, "a kingdom of priests". Notice how Petros/Peter speaks of our being "a kingdom of priests", NOW:
"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light." [1 Petros/Peter 2:9]
YOU ARE THAT HOLY NATION!
What you are experiencing, is the separating of the wheat from the tares. The Holy Angels mentioned in Matthew 25:31-34 are right now, at war, as the angels are removing from His kingdom all things which offend and do iniquity:
"The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;" [Mattityahu/Matthew 13:41]
The kingdom is being cleansed even as we speak. All around you are angels which are working to remove "all things that offend, and them that do iniquity."
If you remember, when the disciples asked Jesus/Yahusha, why He was teaching by parables, He told them:
"Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. [Mattityahu/Matthew 13:11-12]
What was being Spoken and Taught of Jesus/Yahusha that day on the Sermon on the Mount, was all about the Kingdom of Elohim which had come.
"Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." {Mattityahu/Matthew 5:3]
There will be no poor in spirit in heaven. Jesus/Yahusha is saying, "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs IS THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN", not "theirs will be".

The religious men of earth, those that are spiritually dead, are here to persecute us, and assist in our being pruned. Their beliefs of "who God is" involves driving you away from them, their synagogues, their social networks, and eventually from living on the same planet with them, which is why it stated in Revelation, that "the beast was given power to make war with the saints, and to prevail: over us. We are created t produce fruit juice, and there is some squeezing in the process.
"They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service." [Yohanan 16:2]
If you remember Yeshayahu/Isaiah 55:8, Abba tells you, speaking of the mystery of everything being backwards, that man's "thoughts are not My thoughts, and your ways are not man's ways."
When men hate you, there is a reason why; it proves that Abba loves you, and that you are His chosen people. The fact that you can comprehend that men
You will know them by their fruit. Can anyone hate, period, except that their seed is of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil?
The purpose of this process, is sanctification. The more you grow in the pure wisdom of Abba, the more you will be despised.
There is to be a clear distinction between that which is holy and that which is profane.
You are experiencing the workings of Abba, as He draws men out of the kingdom of darkness, into the kingdom of the light.
You are already in the kingdom, which is why your nature seeks peace.
The kingdom is here, and all around you are spiritually dead men. Some are going to be born again, and brought back to life, which when they are, they are translated into the kingdom:
These men are dead in their philosophies, though they cannot comprehend it. This is why Yahusha said, "Let the dead bury the dead"..?
How else can a man which is dead bury another that is dead?
"And you hath He quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins." [Ephsi'im/Ephesians 2:1]
Where did He quicken you, that you are no longer in trespasses and sins? In heaven? No!
You have been translated into the Kingdom of Abba YaHUaH's (YHUH) Son, and out of the Kingdom of the Dead!
The world is filled with spiritually dead men, and their nature is manifested by their spiritual father's nature in them - hatred.

I do not hear replacement theology in the Scriptures you quoted. Although I know it is a teaching in the church. The Scriptures were subjective to the ones He was speaking to and their followers not the entire nation.
In another verse in Romans 11:11 Paul himself speaks about "they did not stumble so as to fall, did they? May it never be. But by their transgressions salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make them jealous......Their failure is riches for the Gentiles but how much more will their (Jews) fulfillment be.
But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am an apostle of Gentiles, I magnify my ministry.'
If somehow I might move to jealousy my fellow countrymen and save some of them.
For their rejection be the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?
And if the first piece of dough be holy the lump is also and if the root be holy, the branches are too.
But if SOME OF THE BRANCHES were broken off and you being a wild olive, were grafted in AMONG THEM and became partaker WITH THEM of the rich root of the olive tree.
....do not be arrogant toward the branches (Paul tells the Gentiles in the congregation in Rome); but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not your who supports the root, but the root supports you. vs 25....For I do not want you, brethern, to be uninformed of this mystery lest you be wise in your own estination, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel UNTIL THE FULNESS OF THE GENTILES HAS COME IN.....Israel will be redeemed by the DELIVERER and He will remove ungodliness from Jacob.
And this is my covenant with them, When I take away their sins.
From the standpoint of the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but from the standpoint of G-d's choice they are beloved for the sake of the fathers.
For the gifts and the callings of G-d are irrevocable.
May we continue to see the fulfillment of what He promised as we begin to see the "fullness of the Gentiles" for the redemption of all of Israel.

Any rejection of Elohim and His people at all, is rejection and persecution. Perhaps it does not bear the depths yet of that which is coming, but it is rejection and persecution nonetheless.
Your comment reminds me of Elijah and the small cloud the size of a man's hand. When it comes to faith, we do not need to see the beheading, the dismemberment, and the carnage, that is coming [Hhazon/Revelation 20:4] to know that it is rejection and persecution, wisdom is the ability to discern "the small cloud" and know that a storm is on the horizon:
"And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees, And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not. And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode, and went to Jezreel. And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel." I M'lakhim/Kings 18:42a-46]
Persecution is coming soon, and it is going to be so great that the world has never had anything to compare to it. It is the Father's will bring done, and it is coming to press the grapes.
It is written "THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH", and the Father is manifesting even now those that are His. But the persecution is steadily increasing, and shall continue to grow, as those which are not of the precious wheat are manifested.
Can you look at the nations and see that we are in the very last moments of time?
Anti-Christ is claiming his throne, and all of the physical religions are being drawn down into ONE.
Oh, yes, it is persecution.
After all, it is written, "But as then, he that was of the flesh persecuted him that was of the spirit, even so it is now." [Galatea/Galatians 4:29]
Can you see as Elijah, and as Yohanan/John the beloved, the small cloud on the horizon?
The dislike isn't of Messianic Judaism but of the belief that non-Jews must keep the laws of Moses. Many in Messianic groups insist, against clear teachings of Scripture, that we must follow laws and rules they have chosen for their lives. Christian liberty is the issue, not aggression against a particular denomination.

I can see Messianic Judaism is grossly misunderstood by many as is the First Covenant as it relates to the New Covenant.
Simply put there is no threat to Liberty by anyone just the perception of a threat by those who do not understand.
The First Covenant is the revelation of the details of sacrifice, redemption, covering, acts of repentance, set order of things of G-d, the appointed times of G-d to be celebrated throughout all generations, a way of life, and sacrifice in the natural for sin, as well as all the speculation of things to come, disobedience to G-d, prophetic words, future events and rules for redemption and living..All outward evidences.
Then the New Covenant as promised.....the fulfillment of all things as we look back to see how the First Covenant revealed all in the outward man. Do not forsake small beginnings and cast aside the laying of the foundations of G-d. Missing the truth of Him there would be to misunderstand the truth of the things to come.
The New Covenant is incomplete without the First Covenant as well as the reverse. It is the plan of G-d that we covet both as His revelation for us.
We may see this differently, but for me I choose both to know Him.
