"Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution." [2 Timotios/Timothy 3:12]
Persecution: It is the certain evidence that one is a true believer, or the lack of it, that they are probably not.
Some woman on here, stated in a post, that she was not being persecuted, acting as though that were a good sign, while an email from a dear brother, was full of comments, of how he did not fit in, and was persecuted by others on here; and even commented that he was aware of "the religions gang", the ones who control the flow, "the in-gang", the ones who appear to be loved by everyone, and has it altogether; and whom, if you cross, they will seek to have you canned, tossed, or silenced.
That got me to thinking..
Maybe it is a sign that she is in with the crowd that does the persecution, and is not the persecuted' and that maybe it is a sign that he does not fit in, and that it is an even better indication, if he is being persecuted.
It is is written, that G-d's thoughts are not man's thoughts, and that His ways are not man's ways", and that "All who live g-dly in Christ Jesus [Mashiach Yahusha] SHALL SUFFER PERSECUTION", that it is not a good thing if one is not being persecuted..
Well, if you think about it, in light of those scriptures, G-d the Father [Abba YaHUaH (YHUH)] is stating that if some one thinks that there is safety in their not being persecuted, that this is not the case at all, that this is really indicative that one is probably not of Him, though they do not comprehend this.
Persecution is the sure sign that you are anointed, the sure indication that you are sanctified, and have the target on you, that you belong to G-d:
"But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now." [Galatea/Galatians 4:29]
Verse 13 Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister. 14 I am convinced, being fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for that person it is unclean. 15 If your brother or sister is distressed because of what you eat, you are no longer acting in love. Do not by your eating destroy someone for whom Christ died. 16 Therefore do not let what you know is good be spoken of as evil. 17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, 18 because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and receives human approval.
19 Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification. 20 Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All food is clean, but it is wrong for a person to eat anything that causes someone else to stumble. 21 It is better not to eat meat or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother or sister to fall.
22 So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves. 23 But whoever has doubts is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin.[c]

If one rightly comprehends the scripture, then they comprehend two things..
1)
"No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, says the LORD." [Yeshayahu/Isaiah 54:17]
Whatever a man says, or states, is designed to either bless the true Seed of Abba, or to fall to the ground as utterly worthless..
Abba's Seed are eternally secure, and although men who are less mature [spiritually speaking] than men who are more, will think that they have to "take up arms" as Peter, when he thought to "defend" Jesus that night in the Garden of Gethsemane from the abuse Him, there really is no abuse, it is only an illusion in their minds, which is why Peter who was still so carnal, tried to defend Jesus, when what was about to happen, was to bring about the salvation of Y'isra'el Ruchani.
It is written, "NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU SHALL PROSPER", because every hair of your head, and I do mean, from your mother's womb, to the tomb, is sanctified and protected:
"Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, which are borne by me from the belly, which are carried from the womb: And even to your old age I am he; and even to hoar hairs will I carry you: I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you." [Yeshayahu/Isaiah 46:3-4]
The wondrous promises of Abba's eternal Torah/Word [which is comnprised of both the Old and New Testaments, giving you a dichotomy of eternal wisdom] does not need any man to reiterate it. It does not require that one even speak it, or for you detect any possible evil or harm that could befall you. These things are only illusions, and Peter did not comprehend this, that night - although he did later.
Much of the original intent of the scripture has been mangled by men who consider themselves to be "theologians", but are not the sanctified, the holy, the noble vessels of Abba, who were designed to handle the Word. Some men take hold of the scripture, for many reasons, not grasping fully that which they are wielding, and in some cases, the eternal consequences of their actions. If one was/is not of the bachiyr eklektos, the titles of "anointing and sanctification" of true "Y'isra'el Ruchani", then they have no right to touch the children's bread. It is a sin for that which is profane to touch that which is holy and sanctified.
If you are Abba's anointed Seed, then you are living a sanctified life [although your natural mind may not comprehend this], and it has been so wondrously designed for you, that not one snare of hell can ever trap or harm you! Please go and read Psalm 91, and of how the angels have been given charge over you to keep you in all your ways.

"Let the righteous strike me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be against their evil." [Tehillim/Psalm 141:5]
The rebuke of a brother is an an anointing on a sister or brother's head, and the Father will not permit it to be any other way. Hypocrites, who are not of the anointed, can truly never rebuke us, or harm us, though they may think that they will or can. Rebukes come as genuine and worthless. Rebukes, are, we have just discussed precious or vain.
This is why the Torah/Word states that men are not to "take Abba's Name in vain!"
For one to handle the Torah/Word, or to refer to themselves as "being a child of Elohim", will prove to be either a blessing to them or a curse.
The Torah is precious and holy, and man is not to even touch it, unless they are of the anointed ones, the called-out ones!
The Torah was sent to tell you of the Holy One of Eternity, Who has set His love upon you, and of how though man may think to harm or, and or even speak of you disrespectfully, he may be doing so to his/her eternal damnation!

The wisdom of Abba, is that you need TWO CONTRASTING DICHOTOMIES, or counterparts, to comprehend. Without being able to comprehend HOT man would never be able to comprehend COLD, and without NORTH man would not be able to comprehend SOUTH. The same applies to everything in life, and I do mean everything [See Ecclesiastes 3:1-8].
This is why in the book of Genesis [Bereshit in Hebrew] you see it written,
"In the beginning God [Elohim] reated the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God [Elohim] moved upon the face of the waters. 3And God [Elohim] said, Let there be light: and there was light.". [1:1-3]
Abba knew that He needed to create the DARKNESS first, in order for you to comprehend the LIGHT, or FOOLISHNESS to comprehend WISDOM. Man's wisdom is foolishness in the Eyes of Elohim [Yeshayahu/Isaiah 55:8]
You needed the erroneous perspective of what a REBUKE was, in order for the truth of WHAT A REBUKE IS to make its home in you!
Man needs to comprehend, that is the way Elohim made him, and this is why the Torah was made with Two Parts, Old and New.
You need to study both the Tanakh and B'rit Hadasha [Old and New Covenants] to truly be able to comprehend Abba YaHUaH (YHUH) and His Wisdom. The true faith is not about "Christianity" or "Judaism", but the Father revealing to you knowledge that man cannot teach:
"But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him." [I Yohanan/John 2:27]
"No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me." [Yohanan/John 6:44-45]
Men may not merely approach the Father, or the Son, if they were not drawn from the foundation of the world, they can never know Him.
If you are "anointed", you will know it, and it will be manifested to you, by Ha Abba [The Father!]!
"My sheep hear my voice".. "and the voice of a stranger they will not follow".
