The Anti-Christ is called the BEAST 36 or 6 X 6 times in Revelation and his False Prophet is called a Beast once.
Revelation !3:5,7,8,10-18: The Beast {666} will exercise his authority for 42 months {Or 1260 days or times times and half a time-See Dan 7:25 and Daniel 12:1,2,7b} He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. All inhabitants of the earth will worship the Beast�all whose names have not been written in the Book of Life belonging to the Lamb..This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of the saints.
Then I saw another Beast {The False Prophet Obama?} coming out of the earth. He had 2 horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon. He exercised all the authority of the first Beast {666} on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast. And he performed great and miraculous signs even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men.
Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first Beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up a statue in honor of the Beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.�
NOTE: Nero Caesar was fatally wounded by his own sword on June 9th AD 68 and his name adds up to 666 in Hebrew. Nero Caesar {the *6th Caesar} ordered the deaths of Paul and Peter and thousands of Christians in AD *66 and is presently in the �ABYSS� which is also called �HELL�.This very sinful ROMAN KING whose name adds up to 666 and who was fatally wounded by a sword before AD 96, will "COME UP FROM THE *ABYSS* or *HELL* as per Rev 11:7 & Rev 17:8. We know that the ABYSS is HELL by comparing 2 Peter 2:4 with Luke 8:30b,31. We can be sure that Nero Caesar is now in the Abyss or Hell since he killed Paul and Peter and thousands of Christians and sent Vespasian {the father of Titus and Domitian Caesar} to kill the Jews and destroy their Temple. � Inscriptions have been found in Ephesus in which Nero is called "Almighty God" and "Savior".�� In Revelation 13:8a we learn that all the unsaved inhabitants of the world will worship the Beast.
�He was given power to give breath to the statue of the first Beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the statue to be killed. He also forced everyone to receive a mark on his right hand or forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast {Nero Caesar?} or the number of his name... His number is 666.�
Revelation 19:19,20 {And on the Last Day of the 42-month Tribulation} �Then I saw the Beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the Rider {Jesus-See Rev 19:11-14 & Rev 17:14}
on the horse and His army. But the Beast {666} was captured, and with him the False Prophet {Obama??} who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worship his statue.. The two of them {Nero & Obama?}were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur!�
Rev 13:16,17: "He {The False Prophet} forced everyone... to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead. No one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name {666}. 666 is called a "BEAST" 36 {6x6} times in Revelation. The BEAST is a much better name than the antichrist since anti-christ is mentioned 5 times in God's Word {I John 2:18{2X}, 22; 4:3; 2 John 1:7} and each time the word encompasses all who are against Christ.� Such as I John 2:18: "Even now many anti-christs have come."�
����� 666 is referred to in the MASCULINE gender 28 times and the Beast is never referred to in the feminine or neuter gender.� It is interesting to note that if the Beast of the end-times will be a religious organization, country or city it would be referred to in the female or neuter gender!!!� The masculine pronouns used for the Beast are "HIS" 11 times: Rev 13:1, 5,16b,18b; 14:9,11; 17:7b; 19:2; 20:4(2X) & Daniel 7:26.� "HE" 10 times: Rev 13:1;6a,7a,7; 17:8b; 17:11; 2 Thess 2:6; Daniel 7:24,25 & Daniel 9:27.�� "HIM" 5 times: Rev 13:4b; 19:20; 2 Thess 2:6; Daniel 7:25 & Daniel 9:27.� "HIMSELF" 2 times in 2 Thess 2:4.

Setting the tone for the entire Revelation is this verse that tells us that these things must "SHORTLY COME TO PASS" (as in 1st Centuryish). We are now in the 21st Century.

2 Peter 3:8,9: "But do not forget this one thing, dear friends; With the Lord a day is like 1,000 years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his PROMISE {In 2 Peter 3:3 below}, as some understand slowness."
The Lord's promise in 2 Peter 3:3: "First of all, you must understand that in the Last Days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. They will say, "Where is this Coming He PROMISED?"
Revelation 22:16,18,19: "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to give you:angel: this testimony{All of Revelation}*FOR THE CHURCHES!"...I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues {Including eternal hell} described in this book. And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of Life and in the Holy City {The New Jerusalem} which are described in this book!"

Premillennialism involves a view of Revelation 20: 1-6, which talks about casting Satan in the bottomless pit, and later releasing him, and about the first resurrection and about those who were beheaded for their witness to Jesus Christ. The passage does not say in an explicit way that Christ returns at the end of the tribulation - but Matthew 24: 29-30 does say that Christ will appear immediately after the tribulation. And Paul in I Corinthians 15: 52 says Christ comes back at the last trump, which is the last trumpet, the end of the tribulation. Christ himself in John 6: 39 says he will raise up all those given him by the Father at the last day.
The Catholic and often Calvinist alternative to the premillennial interpretation is called amillennialism. Amillennialism does more than over-allorgize Revelation 20: 1-6, it leads its followers to be less interested in all end time Bible prophecy. I have never known a Calvinist to be interested in end time prophecy to the extent that he knows it well. To Catholics and many Calvinists Revelation 20: 1-6 is seen to be the entire "Church" age, and along with this allegorization, following Origen and Augustine, the 144,000 are all those who are saved, not a Remnant group in the last days.
There are big problems with both Christian Zionism and amillennialism as man-made theologies. Then there is the preterist false doctrine saying that end time prophecy was fulfilled in 70 A.D.

How can we know the Bible is true?
Can I really trust these promises of how to gain eternal life and know that I have eternal life? Yes-I John 5:13. How can I know for sure that the Bible is true and is from the real God? It's actually simple! Most other religions don't even try to predict the future and the few that do all fail--all except the Bible that is! Fortune tellers and humanist/atheists (see the Humanist Manifesto--AND its revisions) can't even predict next year accurately--let alone milleniums. In the Bible alone you will find literally hundreds of prophecies, almost all of them now come true to the letter, and none that have failed!! Could there be greater proof? Those who have not understood the dialectic process and have tried to come out of it, may take the statement above to mean that the man-made theology called " premillennial dispensationalism" or Christian Zionism is being promoted because the amillennialism of Roman Catholicism and Calvinism opposes it.
The financial elite, which is also the ruling elite, has long used the Marxist dialectic process to manipulate public opinion and voting in this country.
In order for the conflict between those who believe in the supremacy of All Physical Israel and those who do not (who are a smaller group) to increase and come to operate on the world stage as a political and military conflict an American president has to be elected who has a lot of zeal for supporting the nation of Israel in the Middle East.
If, so some reasons we do not fully understand, the financial elite wants to put a guy in office who has a lot of zeal for All Physical Israel and the nation called Israel, then what better way to get people to vote for him is to oppose him by a "black hat villain" now in office, a guy many have to vote for to keep Social Security and other entitlement programs going.
We don't know that Romney will win in November, but if not, then some other guy or Romney may come into power four years down the road who will push that end time conflict between those who strongly for the supremacy of All Physical Israel and the nation called Israel and their opponents into the political and the military and World War III - which may possibly move us out of the time of the strong delusion and snare into the full force great tribulation - and perhaps the fulfillment of prophecies in Isaiah 29:24 - and that series in Matthew 24: 9-10, Luke 21: 16, Luke 12: 11 and John 16: 2. Strong's Exhaustive Concordance defines the Greek word martus, Number 3144, or martyr, as "a witness, by analogy, a martyr."

DO OBAMA'S SPIRITUAL BELIEFS QUALIFY HIM TO BE THE FUTURE FALSE PROPHET OF 666??
Obama does not qualify to be 666 and the possibility of him being the future False prophet of 666 is just an interesting speculation!
Some insight into Obama's "Christianity" comes from an interview he gave in 2004 to Chicago Sun-Times religion editor Cathleen Falsani for her book, "The God Factor: Inside the Spiritual Lives of Public People." According to Falsani, Obama thinks that "all people of faith -- Christians, Jews, Muslims, animists, everyone -- know the same God. And so Obama is popular with people of all faiths and the fact that he is half black and half white makes him more acceptable with people of all colors. Qbama was also asked what SIN is . Obama replied, �Sin is being out of alignment with *MY* values.� ??? So if you do not agree with Obama's values then you are sinning, thus Barack is really claiming to be God!
Falsani states that, "Obama:devil: doesn't believe he, or anyone else, will go to HELL. But he's not sure he'll be going to heaven, either." The False Prophet will certainly teach that you can have your cake and eat it too, and that you will not go to HELL if you receive the Mark of the Beast which will allow you to buy or sell everything. However, Revelation 14:9-11; 19:20 & 20:10 confirm that he and all who receive the mark of the Beast will be tormented day and night forever and ever in HELL!!
Obama:devil: told a crowd at Hocking College that he believes the Sermon on the Mount JUSTIFIES his support for legal recognition of same-sex unions?? Obama approves of same sex romantic and sexual relationships as do his former church, his pastor, and his former (So-called} Christian denomination?? Obamasaid that the Sermon on the Mount is a *BIG JOKE* since you can't have an army that offers up the other cheek?? Obama also sarcastically said, �Which passages of scripture should guide our public policy? Should we go with Leviticus, which suggests slavery is OK and that eating shellfish is an abomination? Or we could go with Deuteronomy, which suggests stoning your child if he strays from the faith?"
Obama supports "strong" civil unions and legal marriage for homosexuals. He claims that restrictions on homosexuals getting married are "discriminatory" and "homophobic." Obama also endorses abortion on demand � including the barbaric practice of partial-birth abortion.
In a 2007 interview with the New York Times, Barack Hussein Obama recited the Muslim call to prayer in a perfect Arabic accent, and then went on to say that the Muslim call to prayer was the prettiest sound on earth. Obama quote: �Allah is supreme! Allah is supreme! I witness there is no God but Allah! I witness there is no God but Allah! I witness Muhammed is his prophet!� {??????}?
The False Prophet should be hugely popular world-wide. Interesting fact: Obama has greater worldwide popularity than any leader in modern history according to a recent poll in Reader's Digest and was also awarded the Nobel Peace Prize even though he did nothing to deserve it. Jesus is our Messiah and the Prince of Peace and is called the LAMB 30 times in the book of Revelation. The False Prophet is someone who is like a LAMB according to Rev 13:11b. People from all over the world including Louis Farrakhan {A Muslim leader} have already given Obama this interesting nickname: "THE MESSIAH"!! In a recent poll taken by BBC in September, 2009 about two-thirds or {*66.6%*} of those polled around the world thought Obama would make a great World President!! Obama's world-wide popularity greatly increased when he successfully ordered the death of Osama Ben-Laden on May 1st, 2011.
For the 3rd straight year, in a Gallup Poll; Obama was voted the Most Admired Man in the World by US Citizens: {*1st*} Barack Obama 22 % {*2nd*} George Bush 5 % {*3rd*} Bill Clinton 4 % - Pope Benedict 2 % - Billy Graham 2 % - Glenn Beck 2 %. OBAMAnable now is Commander in Chief and has complete control of the most powerful armed forces in the world.

During the Great Tribulation {*666*} and his FALSE PROPHET will be responsible for the death of 2/3 {Which is exactly *66.6 %} of the Jews in the world and the remaining 1/3 will all be saved {Read Zechariah 13:8,9 & Romans 11:25-32}.
And so Obama meets *ALL of the requirements to be the future False Prophet of {*666*} which makes it a very interesting speculation. Anyone who claims Obama is a born again Christian is a very sick and blind person.

I wanted to reply to prophetic774. Your reply is interesting and closer than many. I am curious if you are aware of the significance of 774 or if 777 was already taken. I want to make the following points.
The meaning of 666: The following information is not known among most of Christendom. However, those few that make it into the higher realm (heaven), which is properly called Paradise, are fortunate to have received the truth. There are seven steps in the Hebrew and Christian religions. In Revelation, these are denoted by the seven candlesticks. Note the seven spirits i.e. stars. There is a different Spirit to assist with progression through each of the seven steps. Spirit provides assistance in order to move to a next higher level i.e. transformation. Step seven is broken down into seven sub-steps due to the difficulty factor... reference Matthew 24:22. The end time refers to the end of a persons life or illusion. It is individual, not collective. The number 40 means the completion of a significant period. Its connection to days, months, or years is not significant.
It is frequent in good quality numerology books to see comments regarding people seeing triple digits. (I recommend, The Modern Numerology by John King. Look for the section on Hebrew.) The triple digits occur because this is one way Spirit advises a person familiar with the seven steps about their standing relative to the ascension process. Although, I only know of instances where 333, 444 and 555 are frequently seen. I have personally experienced this phenomenon. Most will not believe this anyway but 666 means a person has completed step six.
Step five is when a person enters the kingdom of God. This is not an experience, rather, it is an event. It is also the birth of spirit, which is the second baptism and it is by fire. This is also the first occurrence of Christ coming on a cloud. Reread the Bible passages regarding this.
Step six begins after a person is returned from the higher realm. Six is a step of isolation. A person is directly connected to Spirit during this period, which is denoted by 40 and 2 months i.e. 1260 days in Revelation. The process is actually 14 months long, so again, only 40 is significant. In any case, isolation is required. Entering the world cuts the process short. This is also when the required standard is received. One is required to abide by this standard in order to continue receiving revelation and continue forward. Therefore, 666 means one has completed step six. It is good. It is not evil. It also advises the reader of the author's authority, since to know all of this, one must have experienced it.
Why do those that know continue to allow the average Christian to dwell in false belief? That is a good question. None will like the answer. Therefore, it is not explained.
