For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression." I Timothy 2: 12-14 But why can't women be equal to men in terms of their teaching of the Word to men and women? It is not just because Eve happened to be deceived by Satan into dialoguing with him, and than allowing him to lead her to disobey God. If someone who wants to overthrow your faith and/or change your doctrines can get you into a dialogue with him or her, then you can be in danger of becoming lured into their way of thinking. A study of the interaction of Jesus Christ with the Pharisees shows that he did not get into dialogue with individual Pharisees. He did not get into prolonged discussion or arguments with individual Pharisees. Instead, he preached and taught to them and the people standing nearby. You can see this in John 8. Women have long been led more by relationships than men. Men are led by relationships of affection too, but more men are willing to put morals and truth on a higher level than relationships. Women are not less intelligent than men on IQ tests. If given the opportunity, women can do as well as men at most jobs. However, there are no or very, very few great women painters, sculptors and especially not architects. But there is what can be called the "Fulton Flyer Phenomenon." Men, as a group, can run faster than women, as a group. But - very rare women can run faster than almost all men. And this applies to almost everything. Helen Stephens was called "The Fulton Flyer" or "The Fulton Flash" because she could sprint at speeds faster than most men. Helen was a farm girl in Fulton, Missouri, and became an international sports record-breaking Olympic sprinter. Almost no women as research scientists help make significant break throughs in science. But Nobel laureate Elizabeth H. Blackburn, Ph.D. helped to discover the role of telomeres in protecting human chromosomes from aging. The Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine was given in 2009 jointly to Elizabeth H. Blackburn, Carol W. Greider and Jack W. Szostak for the discovery of how chromosomes are protected by telomeres and the enzyme telomerase. Theoretically, the length of chromosome telomeres predicts how long a person will live. And research which has followed - in very recent history - the discovery by Elizabeth H. Blackburn and her associates about the role of telomeres has shown that stress reduction, exercise, diet and some food supplements are associated with longer telemere length. This line of research in exact science - "hard" science - supports the alternative health care movement. Prescription drugs pushed by the giant When the Father was overthrown in the U.S. by these transformational movements, then the boys became dysfunctional. Psychologist Leonard Sax (M.D., Ph.D.) wrote Boys Adrift: The Five Factors Driving the Growing Epidemic of Unmotivated Boys and Underachieving Young Men, 2007, . Sax lists the five factors right on the cover: "video games, teaching methods, prescription drugs, environmental toxins, devaluation of masculinity." In 1949, 70% of college undergraduates in the U.S. were male; in 2006, the male student population had dropped to 42%. There are other reasons for the boy problem. Russell Blaylock, MD, a former brain surgeon, has articles and youtube videos on how vaccinations cause brain damage. Here is a 2004 article of Blaylock's with a huge number of peer review articles on brain damage from over vaccination. http://www.whale.to/a/blaylock.html Blaylock says people born before 1945 are less depressed. It is known that autism, a form of mental retardation, which has been increasing greatly in the last few decades, affects boys more than girls. It may be that over-vaccination, which causes brain damage, especially in some people, may have a greater effect on the male population than on girls. And -there has been changes in the American diet, and addition of more toxins, which result in lower levels of testosterone in the younger generations, in both males and females. But this lowering of testosterone in boys, especially teen age boys, is likely one factor in the boy problem that Dr.Sax wrote about. Testosterone not only has some benefits for the heart, but it also benefits the brain and brain functions like memory. Studies show that attention, memory, and spatial ability are cognitive functions affected by testosterone levels in humans. And - testosterone levels in boys may be important for early learning. Remember that Transformational Marxist educational psychologist Benjamin Bloom was the guy who wrote the books that have been used to certify all American school teachers since about 1956. Some blame the problem of dumbing down the American generations born after 1945 on "Government Schools." It is true that Transformational Marxism got its foot in the door and then marched fully in with a lot of help from the federal government. But it was that form of Marxism which didn't call itself Marxism that has helped to mess up the American boys. The basis of Christian faith is the strong belief that the Word of God in scripture is absolute truth. Christ said "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." II Thessalonians 2: 10-12 But when the dialectic mindset replaces the didactic mindset in society, when compromise replaces absolute truth and morality, then this basis of faith is undermined and faith is diminished or lost. The dialectic mindset or dialectic mind cannot believe in the absolute truth of scripture. It always wants to find ways to compromise the absolute, to replace it with one's own opinions and to argue against it. And the dialectic mind places relationships of affection above truth, so that those with the dialectic mind do not have a strong love of the truth, and therefore cannot be trusted to teach Biblical doctrine to others. One consequence of the change in the U.S. educational system, starting as far back as the mid fifties was that it moved toward overthrowing absolute truth and absolute morality and replacing these by what Dean Gotcher has called a "shifty" truth and "shifty" morality. In other, words, truth changes and morals are not fixed, but also change. From the mid fifties to now in 2013, "shifty" morality has produced state laws allowing same sex marriage. So, men of the Baby Boomer generation and their male children have been changed by the educational system, by the mass media, by government and by the churches, and this change involves a loss of belief in absolute truth and absolute morality. These males with the dialectic mind, which does not regard the Word of God as being absolute truth, cannot be trusted to teach Biblical doctrine any more than women can be trusted to do so. In fact, the falling away of II Thessalonians 2: 3-4 from sound doctrine, and the inability of those in the churches to come to the knowledge of the truth (I Timothy 2: 4, II Timothy 3: 7) is due, in part, to this change in the way of thinking in our society. This change from the didactic and absolute way of thinking to the "shifty" way affected the Baby Boomers and later their children so that they contributed to the falling away when they took over as the dominant adult generation in the churches. This change happened after the falling away gained some momentum in the period right after World War II, in 1948 especially. That is, the falling away gained momentum after 1948, and again after the Baby Boomer Christians began to take over the churches when the older Boomers were in their twenties and thirties in the seventies and eighties and beyond. Sadly, this is quickly changing. Men are being taught and "encouraged" to value relationships over truth. As this happens, the truth is being relegated to the status of a "second class citizen". This is due to humanistic mantra's such as "everyone has a right to their own opinion" and "to each his own". The logical outworking of such anti-Christian premises is a decline in ethical authority. The end result will be cultural anarchy. Judges 17:6 In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes. Over against this, believers must assert the Supremacy of Biblical law. We must demand a transcendental law structure built upon the righteousness of God. We must assert the crown rights of the King of kings to rule over the nations and all of creation. Modern churches have abandoned the Law of God and replaced it with the slippery slope of "greasy grace". The word of God associates this type of lawlessness with apostasy. In other words, apostasy is caused by antinomianism. If anyone wonders if a particular church is apostate, they should start by looking to their view of the Law. Since the churches as a whole have apostasized, the culture war has been lost to humanism. To put it in Biblical terms. "the salt has lost his savour, and it is therefore good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men." This is exactly what is happening here in the U.S. Post Reply

It could be that a very few women can place truth above relationships, such as having affection toward their denomination, church and/or theology. In two Christian Yahoo Groups I was in from 2003 to 2010 there was a woman who became an Internet broadcaster and who wrote posts for these Yahoo Groups and opened Revelation 9, on the Trumpet Judgments, the importance of Zechariah 13: 8-9, Ezekiel 5: 1-5, 12, the 144,000 and some other texts for us. You could say she was the exception to the rule and like the Fulton Flyer, who could outrun most men, though women as a group cannot run as fast as men as a group. In the second group factions developed, and there was a group of women members, and a few men with them, who thought they were following this exceptional woman who was opening up scriptures. They began arguing against the man who was the mentor of both groups. The two moderators, one of which was this woman, shut the group down. One of the reasons this woman who opened scriptures was able to put truth above relationships was because she had come out of the church system, which in her case was a dispensationalist denomination. We see in the O.T. an example of Deborah as a judge over Israel. This was truly a providential exception and not to be viewed as a rule by which to develop a doctrinal principle. The Bible declares in no uncertain terms the authority of men over women in governance. This is true at all levels of government; familial, ecclesiastical, and magisterial. It is true for both the sacred and the secular. Post Reply

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is NO male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. :angel: Women, just as much as men, are called to minister to others, to demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), and to proclaim the Gospel to the lost (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; 1 Peter 3:15). In Acts 18, Priscilla and Aquila are presented as faithful ministers for Christ. Priscilla and Aquila brought Apollos into their home and they both discipled him, explaining the Word of God to him more accurately (Acts 18:26). Moreover, women have to teach other women (Titus 2:3-5). That is why I go and teach unbelievers what the God of Israel said and proclaim the Gospel and CORRECT those who are deceived by their own misconceptions and I am going to do that. :peace: Why do I do that and will do that? I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, she must be silent. I Cor 14:33-35: "In *ALL* the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church. However women may witness to men outside of the church as per Acts 18:26: When Priscilla and Aquila heard **him**, they invited *him* to their home and explained to him the way of God more adequately." And so women can teach God's Word to a man privately outside of the church!! Since boys do do become "men" in God's Word until they are 12 years old I believe a woman can teach boys 11 years and under in Sunday School. Women may also teach other women of all ages in Sunday School or in women's only services with boys under 12 present. {See Titus 2:3-5} Women may not be overseers, deacons or elders as per I Tim 3:2,8 & Titus 1:6 Read Proverbs 31:10-31 and I Peter 3:1-6. :angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel: Post Reply
