Admin	Yeshua calls casting out demons inquity Posted : 9 Jan, 2014 04:10 PM Hi everyone: I have read this Scripture a few times and have asked 'Why does Messiah call the works of these people 'INIQUITY'. Did not these people do 'good things' by prophesying in Messiahs name,and casting out demons;then why does Yeshua call their deeds 'INIQUITY' . Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. You will not find the answer in the English translations. The answer is found within the Greek manuscripts. Chesed Post Reply
Lukia^ View Profile History	Yeshua calls casting out demons inquity Posted : 10 Jan, 2014 03:47 AM I believe Jesus was referring to those who do those wonders but still live in sin.So when they come to Christ they will give excuses that they were casting out demons.Which will not be an excuse coz they are supposed to use His name and live Holy lives but not to use His name and yet live in sin. Its not the act of casting demons that He referred to as iniquity. Even as we interpret the word of God,we need the Holy Spirit to Help us.The scriptures have deeper meaning than we just read. View Profile History	Yeshua calls casting out demons inquity Posted : 10 Jan, 2014 06:40 AM Hi everybody I can't write write a lot but read ;- Matthew 24:4-5 Acts 20:29 Jeremiah 14:14 Refer Matthew 7:15-23 point 1-God use a men who cast out demons, also there are those who cast out demons have sent by the devil. 2-devil also use a men to acquire followers to be safety we need to increase our relationship with god as the only thing make us to know good and bad ... When you look into the Greek Scriptures you will find that the English has been translated wrongly,as the translators did not put the word 'NOT' in its proper place. The word 'NOT' in verse 22 should be read as such; Many will say to me in that day,LORD,LORD, ' NOT ' have we prophesied in your name, ' NOT ' in your name have we cast out devils, ' NOT ' in your name have we done many wonderful works. The works were not done into or to the name of Yeshau,this is the reason the LORD says He never knew them. Never also means to never have known in the past, nor the present,and not even in the future. Shalom Post Reply
