For years and even centuries men and woman have had their differences, leading to divorce, with men and women fighting over the assets acquired from their so-called marriage.
Is it possible that there is a connection between those who marry under Common Law and those who marry using the State-Issued Marriage License, and divorce rates? Is it possible that modern marriages, which regard the use of State-Issued Marriage Licenses are primarily about "money"..?
"In a new study titled "Red States, Blue States, and Divorce: Understanding the Impact of Conservative Protestantism on Regional Variation in Divorce Rates," which will be published later this month in the American Journal of Sociology, demographer and University of Texas at Austin professor Jennifer Glass set out to discover why divorce rates would be higher in religious states like Arkansas and Alabama -- which boast the second and third highest divorce rates, respectively -- but lower in more liberal states like New Jersey and Massachusetts."
In this new study, "Glass and her fellow researchers concluded that the conservative religious culture is in fact a major contributing factor thanks to "the social institutions they create" that "decrease marital stability."
In other words, if the people who are marrying, are closely associated with the fictional state, and are given to worldliness and a reliance upon men and fictional government, then the rate of divorce is higher than where the people are not as worldly and able to depend upon social services.
Are people using the State-Issued Marriage Licenses, and the mechanisms of "governance" to defraud one another? Are modern marriages, really about sex for financial remuneration, which when the sex gets old, the Limited Liability Corporation is then dissolved, with a fight following over the acquired Babylonian assets?
People who are deeply religious, have been historically opposed to using the State-Issued Marriage License, which gives control of their marriage and lives, over to the fictional apparatus called "the State".
It should be noted, that there were no Marriage License Laws, or State-Issued Marriage Licenses, in the USA before the 1920s. Today marriages, which are based heavily upon the involvement of government, are marriages doomed to fail.

when i was married in 1986, i was required by the county i resided in to get a marriage license. i did not consider the idea that the county / state was getting involved in my marriage, but it sure evident when i was divorced and had to say, outloud, words in court- that i will refer to as "anti-vows". This broke my heart. I did not ever consider divorce. I had no choice. It was a requirement, also!

So i am reminded of when Jesus said in Matthew 21:22, "...then render to Caesar the things that are Caesars, and to God the things that are God's"...i believe Jesus was referring to separating the worldly system and required taxes, and the spiritual things of God due Him. Marriage was created by God...not of this world. I may be approaching this too quickly..but i would really like to know if there are legal marriages without the license, etc., although, what is most important is, how does God see it. WHAT IS RIGHT IN HIS EYES. What about covenant marriages? i have not read up yet. God bless.

Yes, you are correct. The State-Issued Marriage License, is a fiduciary contract, which deals with the assets of the fiction of Babylon, and that the real basis of contract, for marriage is consensual union. The Jews, who were Sahtahn's Seed in the Messiah's generations, were actually Babylonians, which is why they resorted to the satura (writing) contract of ancient Akkad.
If you consider that the basis of all binding contracts, or covenants, is that they are entered into 1) Voluntarily, 2) Knowingly, and 3) Willingly, we see that consensual union meets those requirements. When a man lays with a woman, and both take off their clothes, and she willingly, knowingly, and voluntarily receives the man into her body, she has met the law's requirement for union/marriage:
"If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found; 29Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days." Deut 22:28-29
This is symbolic of Yahaweh taking the earth forming it, and making a covenant with it. Once the covenant is made, it is not to be broken, to symbolize Yah's eternal covenant with His chosen ones throughout time.
Thus there are actually two contracts that exist under today's marriage covenant, the fictional apparatus of the fictional "State", and then there is the practical covenant, when a man lays with a woman, both knowingly, voluntarily, and willingly. You could be released from the State Limited Liability Corporations (LLC), but the State cannot release either of you from the contract which you made before Yah.
This is the reason why Messiah stated to the Jews, who did not know Torah, "but from the beginning it was not so." The Jews had pushed to begin using the Ketubah (written contract), which is based upon the Akkadian satura (writing).
People today use the State-Issued Marriage License to defraud one another. This is why you felt hurt and betrayed.
If your word is not good enough, per Matthew 5:37, then you are planning to deceive someone with the notion that a paper instrument can hold a marriage together:
"But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil."
"Yea, yea" and "Nay, nay" is performed when man and women lay and voluntarily, knowingly, and willingly engage in intercourse.
There will be some who will whine and complain about the subject of this post, but they are deceivers who know not the Word of God, and what it is to be in covenant.
