Hello everyone
In Revelation 22 verses 18-19 we read:
Rev 22:18 For I testify together with everyone hearing the Words of the prophecy of this Book, if anyone adds to these things, God will add upon him the plagues having been written in this Book.
Rev 22:19 And if anyone takes away from the Words of the Book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and of the things having been written in this Book.
In these Scriptures we have a warning of not to be adding or to be taking away from the Word of GOD.
When a person adds anything to the Word of GOD,we no longer have the Word of GOD,but rather the 'words' of a man,or woman;Which have no power to change a person from being an unbeliever into being a believer in Messiah Yeshua.
When the Word of GOD is altered than we change what GOD Almighty has said,as Adam and Eve had done in the Garden of Eden.
When the Word of GOD has been changed,we represent GOD Almighty wrongly by saying THE WORD OF THE LORD says,when we are not giving the Word of GOD,but rather we are giving the words of MEN.
Here are a few places where the Word of GOD has been changes as men have ADDED words which have changed the meaning of GODS Word.
John 15:1 I am the True Vine, and My Father is the
FARMER.
John 15:2 Every branch in Me not bearing fruit, He takes it away; and each one bearing fruit, He prunes, so that it may bear more fruit.
John 15:3 You are already pruned because of the Word which I have spoken to you.
In verse 2 notice the words He takes it 'AWAY'; The word 'AWAY' is not in the Greek Scriptures it has been added and it changes the entire Scripture in this section of the Word of GOD.
John 15:2 should read:
Every branch IN ME,not 'carrying' fruit He 'LIFTS UP,
each one carrying fruit He 'CLEANS', that it may carry more fruit.
Verse 3 would read You are already 'CLEAN' by the logos / REASONING i have spoken to you.
How about Ephesians 4:11
Eph 4:11 And indeed He gave some to be apostles; and some prophets; and some evangelists; and some pastors and teachers;
The better understanding of this Scripture would be;
He gave Apostles,Prophets,Evangelists,shepherds,teachers,as the word 'some' is not in the Greek New Covenant Scriptures.
Also the word gifts in Romans 12:6 cannot be found in the Greek New Covenant Scriptures.
Rom 12:6 but having different gifts according to the grace
given to us, whether prophecy, according to the proportion of the faith;
Here the word would read:
Having 'chrisma/grace' according to the 'charis /Grace given to 'US'.
In these few Scriptures the Word of GOD has been changed,and most people are not aware of this as they are not being taught how to read, study and translate the Word of GOD,
When we proclaim that which GOD Almighty has not said,are we not leading people astray,are we not being false teachers,and false prophets,and are we not misrepresenting GOD Almighty.

Hi George,
When I read the Bible in Arabic I am often angry that some translations do NOT translate what was said in Hebrew/Greek!
That is why I have to compare the ORIGINAL Scripture with translations to be sure that I will communicate to people what God said in the ORIGINAL Scripture.
I agree with you. However, I didnt check the verses which you mentioned...

Thank you for your response.
Most people will not check the Greek Scriptures to see if the person speaking is actually giving the 'WORD' of GOD,and not the words of men.
A lot of the so called pastors/ leaders do not go to the Greek Scriptures,instead they will read a commentary,or another persons writings seeing that they are too lazy and not concerned for the people.
I have written before about the 'FREEDOM' the body of Believers are to be having when they meet together,the ENTIRE body is to be responsible for the meeting of the Saints,not just a so called pastor,church leader or so called worship band.
One reason the so called pastor/ church leaders will not teach the people how to read,study,translate and interpret the Word of GOD,they do not want the people to become independent from them thinking for themselves.
If the people begin thinking for themselves,and start trusting GOD Almighty to teach them after learning how to read,study,translate and interpret the Scriptures,i will lose authority over the people and i will lose MONEY AND BENEFITS.
Look at how divided the people are,catholics and protestants will not meet together for fear that something might RUB off onto each other.
Had the people been taught the basics for translating,reading studying,and interpreting the Scriptures they would see that there are no Denominations in the Word of GOD.
The body of Messiah is a mess,and those He has raised to bring the truth to the people are belittled and shunned.
Had the people know the truth they would have run the so called senior pastors,pastors,church leaders and so called worship bands out of the ASSEMBLIES a long time ago,and would have instituted Biblical Eldership,and the PRIESTHOOD of ALL BELIEVERS according to the Word of GOD Almighty.

Thank you for your willingness to search the Word of GOD for the truth.
We do not have the Actual Original transcripts what we have are copies of the original.
There are three texts which are generally used for translating into English,they are the Textus Receptus,the Alexandrian text,and the Byzantine/ Majority texts.

I also use a Greek New Covenant Interlinear; Jay Patrick Green did the work as he was Empowered by the Holy Spirit.
If you want to buy a copy i would suggest the Large print volume #4.

In Genesis 1:3 it is better understood as: And Elohim said 'LIGHT BE'
As for the Scripture in Matthew 17,i have no problem with this.
Mat 17:5 While he was yet speaking, behold, a radiant cloud overshadowed them. And, behold, a voice out of the cloud saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I have been delighting; hear Him. Psa. 2:7; Gen. 22:2; Isa. 42:1; Deut. 18:15
When words are added to what GOD Almighty has said, the strength of His word is watered down,and even changed completely.
Look at those calling themselves Jehovahs witnesses,look at how that ORGANIZATION has changed the Word of GOD Almighty just by adding one single word,that is the word 'A' in John 1:1

Now let us keep / preserve the Word of GOD without changing what GOD Almighty has said.
