Mat 13:12 For whoever has, to him will be given, and he will have overabundance. But whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.

Hello everyone:
Messiah had been talking with a great crowd of people,He told them a parable about THE SOWER.
Matthew 13:1 And going out from the house in that day, Jesus sat down by the sea.
Mat 13:2 And great crowds were gathered to Him, so that having entered the boat, He sat down. And all the crowd stood on the shore.
Mat 13:3 And He spoke to them many things in parables, saying: Behold, the sower went out to sow.
Mat 13:4 And in his sowing, some fell by the roadside, and the birds came and ate them.
Mat 13:5 And other fell on the stony places where they did not have much earth, and it immediately sprang up because it had no deepness of earth.
Mat 13:6 And the sun rising, it was scorched; and because of having no root, it was dried up.
Mat 13:7 And other fell on the thorn-bushes, and the thorn-bushes grew up and choked them.
Mat 13:8 And other fell on the good ground and yielded fruit; indeed, one a hundredfold, and one sixty, and one thirty.
Matthew 13:9 The one having ears to hear, let him hear.
In verse 9 Messiah tells the people about HEARING;People should be aware of what they hear,and who they are hearing / listening to.
Even the disciples / learners of Yahshua did not quite understand what He had just spoken.
Mat 13:10 And coming near, the disciples said to Him, Why do You speak to them in parables?
Messiah Yahshua tells His Talmudim / learners about the Kingdom / Kingship of the Heavens.
This verse of Scriptures is important to knowing the next two verses.
Mat 13:11 And answering, He said to them, Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of Heaven, but it has not been given to those.
When a person posses understanding of the mysteries of the Kingdom / Kingship of the Heavens,MORE understanding will be given to that person.
To those which do not POSSES understanding of the Kingdom / Kingship of the Heavens,whatever understanding they think they have will be taken from them.

Mat 13:13 Because of this, I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand.
Mat 13:14 And the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled on them, which says, "In hearing you will hear and in no way understand, and seeing you will see yet in no way perceive.
