**GOD SAYS DO NOT PUT **TATOO MARKS** ON YOURSELVES AS PER LEVITICUS 19:28**!!
About 500 of the 613 Old Testament laws have been eliminated in the New Testament but wearing **TATOOS** was not one them!
According to the latest statistics about 21 percent of the adults in the USA have at least one **TATOO** on their bodies!
Leviticus 19:1,2,28: The Lord said to Moses, "Be holy because I the Lord your God am holy'.... Do not put **TATOO MARKS** on yourselves, I am the Lord!"
Revelation 1:13,14: I saw someone like the Son of Man, dressed in a **ROBE DOWN TO HIS FEET** and a golden sash around his chest. His eyes were like blazing fire!
Revelation 19:11,13,16: I saw heaven open and there before me was a white horse, whose Rider is called **FAITHFUL** and **TRUE**. His eyes were like blazing fire... He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is the **WORD OF GOD**.... On His robe and on His thigh He has this name written: **KING** of kings and **LORD** of lords!!
Question: "Did Jesus have a **TATOO** on His naked thigh in Revelation 19:16 above?"
Answer: In John’s vision of the Battle of Armageddon, he sees Jesus riding from heaven on a white horse, waging war against the beast’s evil forces. Revelation 19:16 includes this description of Jesus: “On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: King of kings and Lord of lords.” Some people have read this verse and concluded that Jesus will have a **TATOO** on His **BARE** thigh—and, therefore, tattoos are good and proper for all followers of Christ today even though God the Father had forbidden **TATOOS** on your body as per Leviticus 19:28 above.
And so the mention of the name being written on His robe and His thigh could very well mean that the words were not on His naked skin at all; rather, they were written on the part of His robe that covered His thigh since in Jesus in heaven is dressed in a robe **DOWN TO HIS FEET** in Revelation 1:13 above!!
All of God's saints will also be dressed in white robes down to their feet just like Jesus as per Revelation 6:11; 7:9,13,14; 19:14.
Revelation 3:12,13: Jesus says, "I will write on them the name of My God and the name of the City of God, the New Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from My God, and I will write on them My new name!!
These 3 sacred names will certainly be written by Jesus on their white robes and not **TATOOED** on their bodies thus obeying God's sacred law in Levuiticus 19:28 above.

About 500 of the 613 Old Testament laws have been eliminated in the New Testament. There are about 100 OT laws that are repeated in the New Testament such as 9 of the 10 commandments not including the Sabbath laws. Then there are some OT laws that are obviously still in effect that are not mentioned or banned in the New Testament such as not wearing tattoos {Lev 19:28}, not having sex with animals {Exodus 22:19} and selling your daughters as prostitutes {Lev 19:29}.
When you are born from above all of your past sins are completely forgiven which would include any tatoos you may have. Since your body is now the Temple of the Holy Spirit you may want to hide your tatoos with clothing. If you got a tatoo after you were saved and you didn't know it was a sin then it is not a sin for you . However, when you read Leviticus 19:28 and learn that tatoos on your body are a sin, then you should ask God to forgive you of that sin and you should try to cover your tatoo with clothing. However, it is not a sin to put God's Words on your hat or clothing!!
The only tatoo mentioned in the New Testament is found in Revelation 13:16-18: During the Great Tribulation the False Prophet of 666 will "Force all people to receive a mark {Tatoo} on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast {666} or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast for it is the number of a man. The number is *666*!"
Revelation 14:9-11: An angel will say in a loud voice: "If anyone worships the beast or his image and receives his mark {Tatoo} on their forehead or on their hand, they too, will drink the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of His wrath. They will be tormented with burning sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and of the **LAMB**. And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever. There will be no rest day and night for those who worship the beast and his image., or for anyone who receive the mark of his name!
