**IS IT A SIN FOR A MAN TO HAVE LONG HAIR OR TO SHAVE OR PARTIALLY SHAVE HIS HEAD**?



I Corinthians 11:14-16: Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has **LONG HAIR** it is a **DISGRACE** to him, but that if a woman has long hair, it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering. If anyone wants to be contentious about this, we have no other practice--nor do the churches of God!!



It is interesting to note that about 90 percent of the pictures or statues of Jesus have long hair which of coarse makes Jesus a sinner! It is quite obvious that any artist that shows Jesus sinning with long hair has committed a terrible sin!!



In the Old Testament it states that priests should never have long hair or have their heads shaved in Ezekiel 44:20; They {Priests} must **NOT SHAVE THEIR HEADS or let their hair **GROW LONG**, but they are to keep the hair of their heads trimmed!

In the very popular Mohawk hair cut about 70 percent of a man's head is shaved! It is also very popular to have the entire head of a man shaved.???



DOES THE NEW TESTAMENT TEACH THAT ALL NT BELIEVERS ARE **PRIESTS**??



Revelation 1:6: To Him who loves us and freed us from our sins by His blood, and made us to be a kingdom and **PRIESTS** to serve His God and Father!!



Revelation 5:9,10: They sang a new song: "You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe and language and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and **PRIESTS** to serve our God!"



Revelation 20:6: Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. For the second death has no power over them, but they will be **PRIESTS** of God and of Christ and will reign with Him for ever and ever!



**IS IT A SIN FOR A MAN TO PRAY OR PROPHESY WITH ANY KIND OF COVERING ON HIS HEAD SUCH AS THE ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIESTS, BISHOPS, CARDINALS AND POPE**??



I Corinthians 11:2-4: I want you to realize that that the Head of every man is Christ, and the head of a woman is man, and the head of Christ is God. Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head! But every woman who prays or prophesies {To other women} with her head uncovered dishonors her head--it is the same as having her head shaved. For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off, but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head!



Leviticus 19:28: "Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put **TATTOO MARKS** on yourselves. I am the Lord!"



Unfortunately it is extremely rare for even Evangelical churches to even mention the above sins??
