They assume there is a High power like God but they do not Know God. They have no Fruit. They attack True Christians because they LACKING Spiritually. God knows they do not Walk in Holiness but Self Pridefulness and ignorance. They need to Ask Jesus to forgive their Sinfulness and come into their Heart make them New man.
