I'm dealing with a bad food adiction and it needs to stop now. I'm just looking a someone to be there for me and encourage me. Any tips or advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance Post Reply

Food addiction ...like other addictions... maybe need support like the Christian 12 step program... called CR...Celebrate Recovery...find one in your area by google? My good friend is food addict and she had to get to the root source of it...her painful past... Sorry..not trying to give you a pat answer... and good for you for trying and being honest... Everyone has addictions of some sort..LOL Hope all your efforts pay off.. Cheers, Post Reply
