No sexual immorality, and is seeking to live a life that glorifies our father. What are your thoughts about dating? It's not biblical, so should we conform to the ways and patterns of the World? View Profile History	Hi Posted : 7 Mar, 2016 10:03 AM Nowhere in the bible it is talked about dating. But if we consider certain verses like 2 Cor. 6,14; 2. Cor 6,18 and 1. Cor. 6,19 just to name a few, we can derive some "rules" for dating. Actually the word "Courtship" is better than "Dating" since dating nowadays includes sex most of the time and we as Christians know that sex is only ok in the context of marriage. Having standards like that surely narrows done potential partners and it took me some time to get there but I am not dating anyone who is not a Christian and who hasn't got the same view on dating/courtship as I do. Maybe that is why I am still single but I am not willing to settle :) Post Reply
