whats good

Well I just wanted to communicate to whoever about life, kids, school and such. I live in NWPA surrounded by little mountains and today its bitterly cold out. I am a single Dad to three great kids and I never thought that I would be divorced. My xwife and I were married for 10 yrs. I figure if anything I can do is give encouragement to others about how amazing our God is. This forum can be a place where I can give witness to His goodness in my life. I am in awe of my state of being, as I look at many other people who have gone through similar situations I am very thankful that my God is real and is all that He proclaims Himself to be. If you can testify to His goodness let me know.

Hi Dale,

My God is real, real in my soul,

My God is real for He has washed and made me whole.

His love for me is like pure gold,

My God is real for I can feel Him in my soul.

Just wanna share with you an incident that happened recently. It happened when I was on a trip with a friend. We were travelling back to our hotel in a cab. Just as were passing a car parked by the side suddenly reversed out, fast wihtout even bothering to pause. I was just sitting at the rear, and I saw this car just keep on reversing. I sat there with these words flashing in my mind, we are gonna be hit!

The cab driver managed to turn the steering wheel to the other side of the road and we miss a collision by mere inches. The cab and its driver were both old. Yet the steering wheel turned fast enough, driver responded fast, further the road was a one way road. Put this together, I say God intervened and HIs protection that kept us both from harm that night.

You know what? I used this opportunity to share with my non believer friend the good news. And she an atheist said thank God for His protection. And I cant thank God enough.

It is good to see the good in God in trying situations in our lives. Ask Him to help us to hang on and Never let Him go.

May you grow in an ever closer understanding of our God.

Hilry
