Trusting that God knows what he's doing...

Hi! My name's Trish, and I could use a little advice. At this point in my life I am getting a tad frustrated with God, and wondering when He's planning on sending my future mate to me. Now I know in my heart that His timing is perfect, and that I just need to be patient, but I'm having no luck here.



So my question is, does my profile come across as a crazy psycho, or are my pictures scary, or what? What do you think?

I'm sure you'll get men to respond to this too so don't worry that I'm a woman answering you back.



I like your profile. You have great pictures that seem to capture the real you in a variety of settings. I love the teaser about asking you about the name tag picture in your profile.



The only suggestion I would make is to mention some long-term goals, and to rephrase your remarks about being easy to please.



Otherwise, all I can say is be patient. Christian sites seem to take longer to get responses than other sites, and I think that ends up being a good thing.

My outlook on this topic is that God's timing is perfect. He also wants however to know where He stands in our life.



I feel that when He can trust that we have Him in the right place in our life ---FIRST-- and will keep Him there then He will start putting someone in our life.



At that point we have to be receptive to that. We tend to put our wants, timing and what we think of as our needs in front of His.



Remember we are to follow...not lead. And most of the time we try to lad nad want Him to follow and bless our decisions which may be totally away from His will for us.



Stand still and know that He is God..... He will be exalted if we let Him show His glory to us.
