Thank you Angel, i have been struggling with the sin of my tongue lately. Other scripture i have been meditating on are.



Psalm 34:13 Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit.



Psalm 39:1 "I will guard my ways, Lest I sin with my tongue; I will restrain my mouth with a muzzle, While the wicked are before me." 2 I was mute with silence, I held my peace even from good; And my sorrow was stirred up. 3 My heart was hot within me; While I was musing, the fire burned. Then I spoke with my tongue: 4 "Lord, make me to know my end, And what is the measure of my days, That I may know how frail I am.



Proverbs 15:4 A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit.



James 1:26 If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one's religion is useless.



May God grant us strength to speak only edifying words.
