Passion and Purity by Elizabeth ElliotPosted : 4 May, 2009 09:18 PMI read P&P in my teens. Another interesting material I listened in on was by Ravi Zacharia: "I Isaac Take Yoi Rebecca" . It basically dealt with a couple dating at a distance and their first time of meeting was the wedding. (That was Ravi Zacharia's brother with his long distance bride and they're Indians). Some christian guys I dated and shared the recording with 'em, did not think that was a venture they'd have any part of. It is a different age in dating, we embrace these materials as in P&P as guidance and we hold strong to them until we start to meet guys, we are asked what age are we coming from. |
