I'm new here to Texas (about a month) ... and looking forward to meeting new people and venturing out to see more of this HUGE, beautiful state! Anyone have any ideas for "must see" places?? (for myself, age 47, and my girls ages 16 & 13) Music? Outdoors? Points of interest???

I'm just down the street from you, but I think Leon lives in San Antonio. I'm sure he wiill give you a list of places to go, people to see, things to do in you area.... He's running around here on the boards somewhere:yay:



Hope you enjoy your stay with us and will join in on the discussions on the board. if you should notice the time difference, not to worry, I think this site is based to westcoast time, two hours ahead of Texas...

Hey, so nice to meet you and welcome to Texas. I am just up the highway from San Antonio. We could have a picnic and I could show your around New Braunfels and Canyon Lake. Two great places to be in the summer months.
