A PRAYER FOR LOVESICK SINGLE CHRISTIANS

During the week leading up to Valentine's Day I was suffering from a bad case of lovesickness so I compiled this prayer for myself and other lonely Christians out there:



Dear Lord

It has now come to the point where I'm lovesick and it feels like I'm in a straitjacket. Please give me the strength and wisdom to wait patiently for the right mate and I pray that you will provide that special person in your own time. Please don't let me get sucked in by the world's ways on sex and dating.



Not my will but yours be done

In Jesus' name I pray

I love this prayer, I think it applies to more than just Single's Awareness Day, lol! Its well written and straight from the heart.
